  The room was clean. The breakfast was OK, but with a lot of people, i.e. too crowded. The gym sucks. I tried this hotel to be closer to the city, but I will go back to the doubletree by Hilton, which is the best hotel in Jiaxing.

  Nice building, not compatible service

  Nice building, brand new hotel.Very poor service, no food service, not well trained staff. People do not smile at all, not feel welcomed, they will start whispering each other in the middle of conversation with you.

  My room was quite large with a separate sitting area. Bathroom was nice with amenities for purchase.Wi-Fi was slow. Breakfast buffet was acceptable. Nothing special. Many people smoking and being loud in the hallways. Nothing really within walking distance. Quite far from the downtown area.

  First Time

  Stay for two nights. Room was nice, bed ok shower had water. Not much around the hotel Had to take pricey massage in hotel 100. usd for 1 hour massage plus cupping and not so good. Breakfast and dinner buffet not so great. I would find a different hotel next time.

  Great hotel with everything we needed

  We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights to check out a new job in the city. The location is a little away from things but that's normal and only a quick taxi to everywhere we needed to go. Booking in was quick and easy, which in the current situation is a surprise as a foreigner travelling away from his/her normal city of residence. The room was superb, king size bed, central heating that works with a quick touch of a button, huge bathroom and the best bit.......a bath. It has been many years since I had a good soak after a day out wandering with my camera. I was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast, usually it is a few bits of bread and jam for westerners plus a huge range of Chinese food for the locals. This is understandable given a hotel is in fact, in China. I found they had bacon, fried eggs and baked beans as well as fresh baked bread. Plenty of coffee, orange and grape juice. We did not eat in the hotel other than breakfast so can't comment on the restaurant meals. In the evenings we walked around the corner to a wonderful pulled noddle shop and ate there. I would happily stay in this hotel again, it is high end and not cheap although I feel it would be worth it for the extra luxury you get over regular business hotels in China.
