  To Whom this May Conercen, Date: May 6, 2019 Time: 5:30pm to 9:00pm Location: Ramada Huizhou South Address: No. 232 Daya Bay Avenue Daya Bay District, Huizhou, 516083 Dinner Buffet Went there with 2 other friends. And this I time the buffet has let me down a lot. Lets start with the food. Cold crab legs had string of hairs on the legs. Manager said it was the black nets that was used to catch the crabs. But to me and other guest there all saw that I was hair curly hair I didnt get a chance to take a picture because the manager took the hair off the crab rite away. That is not acceptable. Very disgusting Lamb leg and beef was so over cooked that it was impossible to bit into it. All beef and lamb leg was cut into small piece and left there for guest to get on their own. Just like a plate of rubbish under a heat light. Very bad service. Buffet food area was very dirty. No staff ever clean or looked after anything. Some dishes didnt even have a utensil to get the food. Restaurant was really hot and stuffy. Asked the manager if she can turn on the ac and she said she cant do anything about it because its controlled by the hotel. She said she will call the maintenance department and ask them to turn it on. But nothing was ever dont. All she did was brush me off like my request was nothing. Asked the manager if she can put utensils out for me to get the food and she told me I can go get other utensils from other dishes to get the food I want. That is so disgusting. Its like using a chopstick to get sushi and then use it to get pizza. That is just lack of service from the manager. How are you suppose to pick up cheese with a knife? How are we supposed to use a spoon to get this? The Very bad service manager that didnt do anything but stand there and talk. Asked her many times regarding AC, FOOD problem, Utensils and many many more. Never came back with a reply nor action to solve any complaints we had. All manager just brushes off customers request and stands there talking to each other. I have many pictures to prove it. Dishes and food was never taken care of. It was like a mess out there when trying to get good. This was a very very disappointment for me. I will never return back to this hotel nor its buffet. The managers customer service was horrible. I thought that being a world wide hotel that service and amenities will be up to standards. But this visit to this Ramada had prove wrong.

  Megalith on a lake

  Large modern hotel set amongst 20 story apartment blocks but fronting a small lake. Spacious comfortable suites with yhe largest bed i have ever slept in. Quirky bathroom design with a freestanding tub just by the suite entrance - make sure you "do not disturb" when bathing! Restaurants are fine. Very weak English skills amongst the staff. Suites have only inaccessible balconies!

  Good for short stay

  Good business hotel for short stay, the hotel is bit far from city center. Rooms are very clean and spacious. No mini bar in the room I stayed. Breakfast had good spread with multiple options. In room dining menu options were bit limited. Only issue I faced was communication in English with staff.

  Ramada Huizhou Restaurant

  We had the pleasure of celebrating with friends from the hong Kong Group at this magnificent Restaurant with friendly staff and management and service and a wonderful array of buffet at there Buffet Restaurant ! Is one to enjoy with friends and family ! Highly recommend

  Super clean

  Clean, elegant, and very affordable. Nice breakfast. Caring staff. Huge rooms. Make sure you have the hotel name written in Chinese to show to Taxi drivers. Looks like the hotel name has different pronunciation in local language.
