  We stayed for a week in a twin superior room, it was lovely, comfy beds, lovely view from the side of the building we could see the sea, Art Deco style, lovely lamps everywhere, Bathroom was spotless and amazing Large waterfall shower and extra small shower head for washing hair etc, lovely tiles and free toiletries. The cleaners where so friendly, nothing too much trouble and room cleaned when requested, red/ green maid Electronic sign next to door, TV with 3 English channels- MBC2 & max showing some fab films, news channel, Partner had continental breakfast every morning, beautiful walk to parks opposite the hotel on the Sea front- lovely walks and views, fed the fish and geese small shop and many restaurants nearby, not forgetting the beautiful hotel roof terrace restaurant, which we booked for the last night, lovely stay and would recommend.

  Shocking

  We stayed at the Ramada Golden Horn for 6 days and were so disappointed I had booked a double room with an adjoining sitting lounge With a view of the golden horn however at check in we were told we are being upgraded. The upgrade was half the size of what I had booked just on a higher floor so the view was better. We obviously asked we be given what we booked Every morning there was a minimum 20 minute wait for someone to take our breakfast order since buffets are no longer due to corona. Considering the hotel was at low capacity it was difficult for me to understand this severe delay. Every morning would be spent going back and forth from the reception to the eating area, complaining of no one serving The cleaning staff was what surprised me the most. Amidst a global pandemic the house keeping was never wearing masks when theyd clean the room. They would fix the beds and leave, I would have to tell them to vacuum and clean the surfaces In our 7 day stay the key card stopped working 5 times A package was dropped off to my room number and I was not informed about it until two days after when I called reception asked if anything had been received by them. All in all I would say Ive stayed at many Ramadas worldwide and I always choose it because its the safest choice with good standards but this branch is not one of them. Im guessing the reviews are ore corona days and things have changed. I wouldnt recommend it nor stay again

  Thankful!

  We stayed in Ramada for almost 6 days! Everyone was helpful and respectful. They respond to our queries and request immediately. The housekeeping was great in making our room tidy and clean with fresh towels everytime. Room service always provide us with water which help me a lot. But, one of the memorable person that make our stay fabulous was ISMAEL, the waiter who serves us every breakfast. He was so respectful and polite. He deserves a five star! May the Hotel management gave him the benefits he deserved! Hoping to come back with my partner and see Istanbul once again! We wish you goodluck!

  Amazing place !!

  We stayed for one night but i loved the place so much!! The room was lovely, the bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was so delicious!! The staff were so nice and helpful!! Id like to be back again with my friends or my family

  Excellent hotel in very peaceful part of Istanbul

  Nice clean spaceous rooms with breathtaking view of golden horn. Friendly helpful staff, will definitely return. The breakfast was good and travel using metro bus to attractions was easy. This is a true gem of an accommodation
