Hotel with very poor management5 1- 2- 3- 4- 5 5- 6- 2 . We were hotel guests for 5 nights, and since many Iranian tours are held in this hotel, I write in Persian. 1- The hotel is at the disposal of the Arabs and they do not care about keeping the hotel facilities so many hotel equipment like baths, baths, sieve boxes and even locks and window lacing are broken. 2. Unfortunately, the immoral things in the hotel are very much for the will to speak away from literature 3. The manager of a hotel is an Azeri Iranian, whom Alana told us that the services are with the masters and we do not need any additional services and expenses for them. The 4 rooms are large, like a 5-star hotel but no tea-maker, no hair dryer, and some burned-out pastels and lanterns. Some have no lamps. All in all, there are very few light rooms and dark rooms. 5. Bathroom hangers and bathrooms were damaged in most rooms 6. The hotel service is extremely weak and it is a 2-star hotel It is not recommended at all

Running the place into the groundIm sure this was once upon a time a beautiful, typical Ramada hotel but no more. This place is so run down that it must be soon to be condemned. Door handles falling off, water stains on the roof. Cash machine permanently switched off and not a single branded Ramada towel or tissue in sight apart from the big sign outside. The male staff on reception and bar are very polite and professional. Without trying to sound sexist, the same cannot be said for the females. The rooms are not clean and do not have any amenities such as a tv or mini bar. You do get your miniature shower gels and shampoo however. No spare towels, pillows or quilting in the wardrobes. They are down to the absolute minimum here. The lifts to the floors make you question if you have completed a will. You are 20 minutes in a death cab to the city centre. Its some distance out. Dont get this Ramada confused with the real one out there!

"checked out 20 mins after checking in,all 22 of us"under NO circumstances go anywhere near this place! blood on pillows, fresh crap in the toilet, filthy dirty rooms, lifts broken,no lighting in many places including the fire escape, cockroach crawled across the table we were sitting at whilst waiting to leave, cracked floortiles in bathrooms....on and on and on..every single person in our group of 22 had a complaint regarding hygene. RAMADA HOTEL CHAIN...if you are reading this then you need to act upon it as i can assure you that this place needs to be closed down.

Two night stay for Europa League FinalWe were transferred to this hotel after issues with another hotel, which on first glance was a bonus. This hotel is not 5* by any means, 2.5* is probably about right. I have rated it 3/5 purely based on paying a very cheap price for the stay, my comments are around the quality of the hotel. The good - WiFi (stable & fast - a must as Azerbaijan not in any roaming plan from UK). Superb shower head (great pressure, left you feeling really refreshed). Bed comfortable (two were only single beds in a twin room, but perfectly fine). The bad - Poor location. Downtown and a long way from the 'action'. If you like to be centrally located and walk places or use the metro, this isn't the place for you. However, Baku taxis (Taxify/Bolt app - same as Uber in UK) are incredibly cheap but all drivers in Baku are like Kamikaze pilots! Room was dated and in some disrepair - damp stains, curtains & sofa dirty, shower had a broken deck slat on the floor, bulbs blown, safe-box had to be fixed by staff as was broken etc. In all, just a poorly maintained room. Reception - very poor. Almost total lack of English. Insistent we had to pay in cash for the stay, wouldn't take a credit card citing 'not possible on 28th May as its a public holiday'. Reception ATM broken (never fixed), so said we would pay next day they agreed. They then pestered us for money several times same day! Next day when we came with exact cash, they tried to increase their original agreed price. Didn't work, but was annoying.
