  Stellar Customer Service

  I had the opportunity to stay at the Ramada Hotel in January of 2020 and can't tell you how refreshing it was to have such stellar customer service by Jake who was very knowledgeable and kind in all my dealings with him. It speaks volumes to his character, Ramada is very fortunate to have such a stellar employee.

  Rude staff

  We were told we would have a connecting room with friends. When we arrived the rooms were not connecting and the front desk attendant was less than accommodating. The bar is enormous and they had a pretty good band with a big following. Breakfast was one of the best Ive ever had at a hotel.

  Hostess Without the Mostest

  The hotel was nice and clean. A great breakfast is included with your stay. However, the hostess at the restaurant, Claudia, I think her name is, was not so nice. We stood at the desk to be seated as the sign says. She was behind the desk, saw us, ignored us and went back into the kitchen. We waited several minutes and no one returned to seat us. My husband finally went to the kitchen door and asked to be seated. Later, as we finished our breakfast (buffet) she came to our table and made a rude and insulting remark referring to our age.

  I'd Give a -10, if possible

  This is the single worse hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel had no special sanitation procedures for COVID-19. The room was absolutely filthy. The Air Vents were GROSS with dirt. The toilet barely worked. There were bugs on the sheet and on the floor. The Front Desk Staff was rude. We complained about the conditions and the young kid behind the Front Desk told me that he went up and did some extra dusting. Never gave him permission to enter my room. All I told him was I wanted a different room and he said NONE were available. Very strange since there were only 4 cars in the parking lot. We heard from one of the employees that the Hotel is being torn down in the near future. Tomorrow would not be soon enough for me. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

  Horrible

  By far the worst hotel I've ever stepped foot in. The parking lot was completely empty when we drove in on a Friday afternoon. When we were walking to the room the entire hall smelled like cigarette smoke. Once inside the room it smelled musty & old. The curtains were falling off the window, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls & a chair in the room had one arm rest completely chewed up. I never even stepped foot in the bathroom. We went straight to the front desk, got a refund & left. Come to find out this hotel is getting torn down & that's why no work is being done. Stay away from this place. It's the same price as many hotels around it that are way better.
