  Very comfortable, affordable hotel

  In summary, this was both the best and cheapest hotel I stayed at in China during May 2016 (the other hotels being in Guangzhou and Taishan). Very clean and modern appearance. Brightly lit and comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet was reasonable especially on the weekend. As close to 5-star standard as anywhere I have stayed, but perhaps realistically is 4++ (no-one came to 'turn down' the bed, but I wouldn't want that anyway...). The worst part of the whole stay was at the beginning, because the lobby is on the fourth floor, but that is not clearly indicated on the ground floor! There is a reception desk on the ground, with some-one's jackets over the chairs, but there was no-one there (on arrival, or any other time)! During many other times, there was a security guard, but not when we first arrived. Only careful examination of the lift directory revealed where we had to go. By contrast, the fourth-floor lobby was always staffed, and lots of comfortable sitting areas. During the weekend, the hotel swimming pool was well-used during the evening. At ground level there are a number of reasonably-priced places to eat (by foreign standards, anyway), as well as a large close-to-the-river public square with child entertainment, group-dancing etc. during the evening. This might be a little loud if we were planning to sleep at 8 p.m., but by 11 p.m. the ghetto-blasters had been turned off (and had become more quiet by 10 p.m.) and the children-rides had been deflated/turned-off. The ground floor of the building is a small shopping centre with bakeries, coffee, restaurants etc. which were well-frequented in the early-mid evening. Many parents seemed to use the very large TV display as a cheap 'movie-outing' for their children on Saturday night! I can only assume we were there in the off-season, since even during the weekend the room-rate was half of the advertised 'normal' rate shown at the front counter. I pre-paid slightly more than half (which included breakfast). Our elderly fellow travellers paid half (200RMB per room per night, less than $50USD), but I think they needed to use WeChat on their smartphone to do so (the front-desk staff helpfully took their smartphone and did the 'online' discounted booking for them). We stayed in a room which was more 'luxurious' with carpet, more glass in the wash-area etc.. Family travelling with us stayed in a room with vinyl floors, but have flat-top electric stoves and small sitting area for meals perhaps more appropriate for families or longer stays.

  Cheap international hotel

  I think this is the only one international hotel in Enping. The room rate is cheap, the rooms are big and clean even if the smell inside was not so good. Breakfast choices are mostly focused on Chinese cuisine instead of international one but overall quality is not bad. Not all the personnel speak English and who is able to do that not so well understandable.

  International Hotel

  The best hotel in Enping (small city in china). It's a tower in Enping with 3 International Restaurants,outdoor pool on the 6th floor and Clean and big rooms. Everything was really good and clean. All in all it's a really cheap international hotel with the best services.

  Good accommodation but food was not up to standard

  I joined a group tour of two days to visit western part of Guangdong Province in mid-November and stayed in this four star hotel for one night. The number of rooms per floor is slightly more than ten and there are only two lifts serving each floor. The provisions inside room is very good as it is spacious and with everything you would expect in a four star hotel including wifi and power sockets. The room was clean and tidy although the sound insulation was not excellent from outddor noise. However, the buffet dinner and breakfast was only comparable to a three star hotel in terms of variety and quality.

  Clean & professional

  My group tour of 7days to guangdong enping, jiangmen and guangzhou led us to conclude that the smallest city(enping) gives the best hotel service. The hotel is near to a memorial park which is a landmark for the city. You can take a stroll along the jingjiang river or have a light drink at the alleys during night time.
