  Excellent value

  An almost 5 stars hotel for the price of a 3 star one is the conclusion of my experience. The hotel is superb and very well maintained, you definitely feel a sense of luxury. The staff is friendly as well, especially Iclal who was very nice and helpful. I guess one of the reasons the hotel is inexpensive is its location in the Asian side, but there is a bus station right outside and the metro is close as well, so it wasn't a problem at all. Will definitely stay again when back in Istanbul.

  Great Staff !!!

  Staff were friendly in every side of the hotel. Attentive and helpful. The room is fit enough for my need. It is clean and spacious. When I arrived, I could do early check in. They knew if I was so tired from the flight. And when I checked out, I met the other guest and he said this hotel is great and friendly staff. I agree about that. Overall, i am happy to stay at Ramada Hotel and would love to come back. Special thanks to all Reception Team. Especially the tall guy and 2 young ladies (sorry I don't know the name).

  Long stay

  Everyone at the hotel is really helpful and friendly. I had a long stay and at the beginning, I was not happy with the room they assigned. Immediately Iclal Biyik was extremely helpful showing me a few options available. She suggested to wait for a few days and move again to an even better room ( all under the same category). She is very friendly and professional with very good english. The cleaning ladies and room service don't speak much english but they are super nice and keep the room tidy and clean. Overall, great and attentive team always looking to help. I dont give 5 stars because the gym does not have much on it ( only threadmills and bikes) and there is not much food options for a long stay - with everything Turkey has to offer is a shame. However, they allow to order from outside.

  Kind Receptionist clal

  I went for my business trip and liked the hotel.My room was very clean.Breakfast and meals were standard.The receptionist who greeted me was very polite and fast.I had a problem with air con.after entering the room.clal at the reception helped and then she called me twice,asked if there is a problem with air con.It was a very nice and kind gesture.She gave a lot of information about where to go and she always helped me until the taxi.She was very very kind thank you so much clal.
