  Nice,Neat and sweet

  Nice and clean. Great beds, rooms always neat. Breakfast is recommendable,enjoyed the sky bar at night. Maybe just need to add a SPA and a Pool. Lifts maybe a little bit small if there is big groups, but the stairs was fine

  Good hotel

  We stayed here for 3 nights between 29June - July 1st.our rezervation being for a twin bedroom. The room was very big, at the 5th floor, with a nice and big terrace facing the lake and partially the Holiday Village. Great service at the reception. Very bad and poor breakfast, only few things, the same each day. All hot meals were cold because the chafing dishes were used just like a simple plate and all cold items (yogurt, butter) were kept in a refrigerator with no low temperature. The good thing for breakfast was the location, on the 8th floor, due to pandemia conditions. The lunch was fantastic, great taste, good price. The hotel is 10 min car ride to Mamaia Casino and 10 min walking distance to the nearest beach at Malibu hotel

  High expectations for a 4* hotel but diserve none

  We decide to come in this hotel for 2 days. Really happy at the beginning to be on holidays. We arrived around of 6 the 28th of July 2020. Not a warm welcome at the reception but it's fine. The lady gave us the key. We have a room a the 9th floor. The room is really big and I think that is why they decide to don't clean it. Dust everywhere, we find hairs in the bathroom and the all the tap were not cleaned at all. I expect a minimum of respect for the guests when I am coming in this kind of place. We went to the reception to let them know about that. The lady offered us an other room : it was exactly the same, dirty and stinky. We decided to stay in the first one and ask for someone to clean it. A housekeeper came and said it was not her fault. We felt push to give her to extra money to do her job properly. When we came back was a little bit better but dust everywhere, we find something in the toilets which was disgusting... We left outside for the dinner, when we came back we decided to do the bed because it was not done. We find blood on the sheets which they should be clean. We went again downstairs to explain what is happening. How can you seriously believe you are a 4* hotel ? We don't like to complain because we are working in this business as well but nothing is great from the beginning. For the restaurant, the menu is really poor, just few mains courses due to covid 19 apparently. We asked for some bread or kind of bruschetti with our aperitif drinks. At the beginning it was not possible, they really show us like they don't want to do it and they don't care about us. We fight for and finally we got nice bruschetti. How can you work in the hospitality industry which is a service domain if you don't want to provide a good service ?! And it is not like they are busy because we didn't see that many people coming to have a drink or a dinner here... Probably due to all this kind of things. I can't imagine if I was doing the same in the hotel where I am working... We are still waiting to talk to the General manager about everything. To conclude, we are really disappointed about this hotel and restaurant. We really don't recommend it. They really have to work on their way to manage and serve their guests if they want to continue to exist.

  perfect getaway

  I stayed here for1 night between the 28th of July and the 29th of July 2020 as a single traveler and I can honestly say it was a perfect getaway. I was given a room which was huge, located on the 8th floor, featuring a lovely big terrace facing the lake. The bed was gigantic and very comfortable, bathroom very spacious, breakfast buffet was really good, with lots of choices. Given the current pandemic, I was particularly impressed by the attention to the well-being, health and safety of their guests and team members translated into precautionary measures implemented on the premises. I would definitely recommend this property when travelling to the Romanian seaside.

  My Stay

  Staff is excellent, rooms are huge and clean, room service is prompt, the food ... you must try the the Zucchini Soup. I recommend this hotel to ALL! The best food I have ate while in Romania. Buon Appetito.
