Dont waste your money.Friends and I arrived at the Ramadan hotel. At first the hotel looked normal and decent, nothing fancy. As we start looking around we see how dirty the room was left. There was a shoe print on the comforter, and dust EVERYWHERE. I initially thought you get what you paid for right? WRONG. I started feeling itchy and congested. I have an allergy to dogs and cats. I called the front desk to make sure my room wasnt pet friendly. They receptionist informed me all of the rooms on the first floor, where I am staying, were pet friendly. She said they accommodate to almost all rooms. I informed her I had an allergy. She told me not to worry, they made sure all rooms were clean. I asked her what would happen if I got an allergic reaction? She said there was nothing they could do for me and could not move me to another room. So here I am with a swollen eye and dirty room. This place is disgusting dont waste your time or money.

Overpriced tired property, feels desperateWe stayed 1 night and left before dawn with a big sense of ick. Would have fled based on first impressions if we hadnt already paid. Heres our first 15 minutes: 1) circled several blocks trying to find the hotel entrance that doesnt have normal signage (tip: look for a short reader board saying hotel entrance next to the IHOP driveway). 2) noticed there were only 5 cars in the parking lot, at 6 pm on a Friday night. 3) during checkin, required to sign a form acknowledging the hotels noise policy (2nd warning will bring $ fine and the police). 4) walked past the pool/hot tub, and saw that the water is brown. 5) used our rooms bathroom and found out the toilet seat was damp/sticky with some substance. Assumed it had just been cleaned, but my husband reported it hadnt changed 2 hours later, and that there was some kind of thick pink fluid on the bottom of the seat. The bathrooms tile floor was also slippery/greasy with some kind of residue (hopefully from cleaning). 6) Noticed that the sheetrock is crumbling in the bathroom, and the last several paint jobs were clearly not done by a professional painter. (Sounds picky, but speaks to the quality of care the owners have given this place). 7) Picked up something we dropped and found dog hair on the floor. Didnt know we were in a pet-friendly room in this nearly empty hotel. 8) Saw some dried fluid on the bed skirt. This place seems like its on its way to slum quality. If theyd priced it at $79 we would have been tipped off, but at $130 we didnt expect this would feel so icky. Glad to be out of there.

Dont do it!Photos online were ok and location was close to hospital we needed. The first impression was disappointing but the room was already paid for so we stayed. The entire facility needs a deep cleaning and refreshing. Room carpets were dirty, the chair stained with who knows what, the parking lot security lighting was facing the building and illuminated the entire room all night, when room above is flushed toilet sounded like waterfall in our room and we heard every foot, jump, and door shut they did. Too i top it off, wifi signal was so weak my lap top and phone could not detect it on the second floor. i had to work in the lobby where i immediately observed zero adherence or enforcement to the posted mandatory face covering in public areas of hotel. Will Not be staying at a Ramada ever again.

Clean BUT Major Hotel Remodeling gone badThe manager was the highlight. Nonsmoking smelled of smoke, the beds were uncomfortable at best. Worst remodeling job ever! Inches of new grout missing, 1+ inch caulking lines and paint over wallpaper

Comfortable bedsThis hotel was alot better then what i expected. The hotel has 3 floors, beds are super comfy..i haven't slept like that in a hotel ever. The rooms were clean, hallways clean, pool clean and staff super friendly. One thing that was a downfall was the fact that due to COVID you could only use the pool once per day and only could swim for 30 minute windows and had to sign up with the front desk. The chlorine levels were really bad as well, my sons eyes actually started breaking out really bad and when the hot tub was running it was hard for me to breath. Other then those downfalls we really enjoyed ourselves, i would highly recommend and definitely stay again.
