  Pro: water park Cons: water park and restaurant hours, outdated rooms, half of the arcade games not working. While collecting prizes for arcade worker was on the phone and eating noodles/couldnt do math, while checking out man at the front desk eating a burrito chewing while trying to talk to us...sketchy overall.

  Do not stay here!

  We checked in 15 min early and our room was not ready which is fine, but they had the suite cleaned in 10 min. That is not enough time to clean an entire suite especially during covid times. The room was dated and filthy. The smoke detectors were handing out of the ceiling. The carpet in the rooms felt damp and sticky. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. For the amount you pay this is terrible! Do not waste your money there are other places with indoor water parks around.

  Unexpected guests

  Spent one night to celebrate my sons 9th Birthday and he loved the water park. Unfortunately, that was the only positive experience of the stay. Check in was extremely disorganized with a line extending outside the hotels front entrance. The sheets and comforter on one of our queen beds was pee stained. The hotel front desks solution was to hand us sheets to change ourselves. Our room was double booked and we had another couple barge into our room after 8pm. Our electronic key quit working and we were locked out of the room at 10pm, undoubtedly as a result of the re-keying after the double booking. Our boys were oblivious to all the problems and enjoyed the water park, which was my only positive takeaway from the trip.

  Don't stay here!! It does not look like the pictures.

  We drove two hours just to go to this hotel for the kid pool for our 2 year old. Check in was 4:00p.m. which seems a little late to me, but that was fine. We got there 10 minutes early and the lobby was packed. They would not allow anyone to check-in even a little early. There was one employee working the desk and three others standing around. There was an employee sitting on the couch on his phone in the lobby as well. When we finally got to the desk, we signed paperwork. After signing the papers they then told us that the kid pool and hot tub were closed. I was very frustrating considering thats the only reason we came to this hotel. I feel that they could have at least sent out an email warning guests. My toddler cannot swim, which means we have to carry him around in the other pool. The pool that was open was freezing. The entire hotel had a chlorine smell that burnt your eyes. The big slides only allow one person, so my toddler couldn't even ride with me down the slide. The rooms were not fully clean. There was gunk on the walls and table. I don't even want to guess what it was. The vending machines were all not working. The only way to get water was the common drinking fountain. Our key didn't work to get back into the room the second time we tried to use it, so we had to track someone down. The employees acting like they didn't want to be there. Overall would NOT recommend this place.

  Bad pool hours. Place in disrepair.

  Weird pool hours. Many things not working in disrepair or just shabby looking. Hot tub not working. Was told I could buy extra bands for a friend and her kids until it came time to get them. How embarrassing. Tried to console them all and have fun playing in the arcade but alot of those games were broke down as well. 11-4pm no swimming at all. Weirdest Waterpark ever.
