  I had every nice experience with Ramada faculty they have served commendable hospitality the special mention goes to khem singh for his wonderful art decore from house keeping and ganesh from restro department the way he attended us was very nice and satisfying

  Pretty good for a quick stay in Dehradun

  This review is a shoutout for Kumod and Shanu from Housekeeping, doing amazing towel art and being helpful for the stay at the hotel. Overall, you can count on this one for a quick stay at Dehradun. Location is also somewhere in the middle of the city which makes the commute easier.

  Average Hotel

  We stayed at this hotel for a night. A bit far from the airport, one has to pass through the town to reach this place. Check in experience was satisfactory with a quick check in. Rooms are small compared to hotels of the same category but well furnished. Standard amenities are available. Comfortable beds and good linen in the rooms. House keeping is responsive and prompt and so is the room service. Breakfast Buffet was very limited and service was slow. It appeared they are short staffed and could do a better job in handling the guests. I faced three problems during our stay. The hotel does not have in-house laundry service so one can not get laundry done at short notice. They are not even able to arrange ironing service. Secondly in the name of hot water only Luke warm water is available in the bathroom. This problem was faced by all three people of our group. Standard response was that we must let the water run for 15-20 minutes to get hot water. The technician himself checked and said that this was the normal temperature of water and he could do nothing. Lastly we wanted to have take away lunch and the hotel just could not supply us even basic items like Roti, paneer, Kathi rolls etc saying that the chef would turn up only by 12:30 after which we could get the items we needed. Unfortunately we did not have time to wait. This was despite their all day menu listing all the items that we needed. We did complain but to no avail. The F&B manager was adamant. Staff was hesitant to let me talk to the Manager on duty. It was only during check out that he came and met us and we informed him of our problems. Overall I would say my stay was just average. Its no use staying at a place where you have to struggle to get basic things and not having someone listen to your complaints.

  Good Staff

  Clean rooms and good sanitation. Komod & Bena are quite supportive on the floor duty. House keeping department is always available to help. The service is available 24x7. The food is average, not amazing.
