if you dont mind dirty rooms and the smell of paint stay hereI travel for work a lot, this was the worse place ive ever stayed. It smelled of paint, the carpet in the room I stayed felt as if it was dirty. The bathroom was horrible. The door would not close all the way, the heater did not work well. Also the restaurant was being remolded and there is really no where close for food.

TerribleI will never stay again. The staff is not helpful. The parking lot is to say the least shady. There is no way I would ever go outside alone. The rooms have mold and are in desperate need of updating. It is really sad how downhill it has gone in the last few years. It was once my kids favorite hotel because of the big pool and being able to watch a movie in the pool. Now this place is just scary. I can't believe Wyndham still has their name on it. It is a 1 star hotel at best. Travel sites really need to adjust the star rating so people know what they are getting.

A disgusting messIt's difficult for me to over-state the terrible experience I had at this hotel. I made a reservation at the Wyndham Garden Boise Airport because I had a flight in the morning and because I have stayed in other Wyndhams in the past and they were quite nice. Not this one. There was a cigarette butt on the floor in the hall when I walked into the building, the toilet seat in my room was broken, the sheets were ripped and had trash on the floor. That was the good part. Minutes after checking in there was a power failure. Not surprisingly there was a long line of other guests who also wanted to leave and go someplace where there was power. The clerk at the front desk had difficulty dealing with so many people, but since I had just checked in he acknowleged me when I said I was leaving and said not to worry he would handle giving me a full refund. His words were good but the hotel not only refused the refund they also claimed that there was no power outage. I have had unhappy experiences at other hotels but this was, by far, the worst and the first time I've ever written a negative review.

MoldyThere was mold all over the bathroom ceiling. The bathroom floor looked like it has never been cleaned. Air in the room was very stail. I had to have both door open to get fresh air into the room. The beds were comfy. You get what you pay for.

Pass this one by....The location of this is great if you have an early flight - however there are a lot of other options around the area. I got this reservation from Priceline - so not a property I chose - and would not choose again. Walking in was a strong smell of curry. There is an Indian restaurant in the hotel. The smell is strong through the hotel. Upon checking in - the hotel system was down - and they struggled to find my reservation. But then informed me my reservation hadnt been paid - which it had already been prepaid thru Priceline. So after a conversation of proving my reservation was paid in full - I still wasnt confident that they wouldnt charge my card again. I then called Priceline and had them call the property to confirm it was paid. I would imagine they would know more about this process??? It was odd. At first I got the feeling by the two gentleman checking me in - I felt maybe it was a racket. The one clerk told me to come back later so I could let them know my reservation had already been prepaid - otherwise they would charge my card. Ummm - Im showing you my reservation was prepaid with my receipt that shows paid in full. I again told them to not charge my card as I have already paid. I checked back later - and the woman assured me it was all properly taken care of. Im still not confident - and will wait to see my card statement. She did say that if I was double charged they would reverse the charges. Okay - just dont double charge my card and there wont be an issue. The clerk was friendly and helpful - nobody else from earlier was rude either The room was okay. Clean enough. It does have a strong air freshener smell. Its too strong for a small room. Im not sure where its coming from - I cant find an air freshener anywhere. Maybe its the cleaning products they use. Whew! But it was What I needed for a one night stay for an early flight. However - I feel like I overpaid. The hallways and common areas also could use a good cleaning. My room was a poolside room. 330am I was awakened by a group of people yelling in the pool area - and could hear the hot tub running. After about 30 minutes - I asked the people to stop yelling. That lasted about 5 minutes. I assumed they were drunk and partying. Ive been there. I called the front desk - no answer. Now an hour later i can still hear people and the hot tub running - but at least they are not yelling. Pass this one by - definitely not worth the money. Nor the headache.
