They should have said somethingfirst of all no TV service at all. Then the web site advertises the breakfast and the restaurant and bar which were not operational due to Covid 19. They should tell you that in the beginning so you are prepared the pool was open but the hot tub no again due to Covid 19.

DISGUSTINGOur room smelled like cigarette smoke despite us choosing non-smoking. There were cobwebs near the AC unit and the toilet was dirty and black. Easily the dirtiest hotel we've ever stayed in. We are very disappointed.

much better than recent reviewsI was concerned that this hotel had deteriorated since our last stay, based on recent reviews. However, our experience was quite good. Our room was clean & had everything we needed - comfortable bed, good tv, big bathroom sink, good shower, lots of outlets for charging electronics. We knew that the restaurant was closed so I brought oatmeal to make in the microwave. The hotel is very close to Pitt Race, which was our reason for being there. The desk clerk was very helpful - he got us regular blankets since we don't like comforters, as well as enough towels to last us during our stay.

Just about every aspect sub-par.Check-in 20 minutes cuz clerk couldn't navigate "new" system. Was assigned a room perhaps 300 yards away at the very end of building on 3rd floor despite a ton of empty rooms. Wife did a Covid-preventive wipe of room items when we entered and cloths came up disgustingly dirty on all surfaces. We were charged $6 for WiFi service but signal was unavailable at our remote hotel room corner. No vending machine for soft drinks anywhere in the hotel, just a meager selection at the front desk ($2.25 for a Pepsi!). Drinks placed in fridge overnite subsequently froze solid. Night maintenance man creeped the wife out as he seemed to be hanging around uncomfortably wherever folks were gathered. Using pandemic excuse, no bar or dining or morning breakfast were offered despite the claim online. Not even a lobby coffeepot night or morning. Room coffee was exceptionally distasteful alternative. No eateries or gas or convenience store at this turnpike exit either. Bed was acceptable but pillows were so deflated that one could bunch each pillow up into a softball sized lump. Odd bits of detritus (a battery, a candy wrapper) were strewn on the closet shelf. 5 doors away a couple were having a raucous scream-fight that was heard throughout the hotel hallway. Apparently their decision to toss 6 garbage bags of clothing into the hallway, blocking the way was okay by the creepy night maintenance guy as it stayed there for hours. The central "atrium" of the joint was unlighted and rather spooky, and the elevator there was out-of-service. Bulbs, light covers, tiles were missing throughout the property. The one working elevator had an empty frame with a posted note saying the elevator certificate was available to view at the front desk, against all applicable laws. Nearest parking to our room was easily 100 yards away and that entrance was jammed always-open by a floor mat thanks to the smokers who also couldn't be bothered to use a trashcan to discard their empty packs strewn about the butt-can base. Honestly one of the poorest hotel experiences of my travel history, especially at the $100 price tag they had the gall to charge. Wyndham has to drop this property from their portfolio like right now.
