  Outdated Hotel

  During a recent stay at this location in Augusta the hotel was a complete disappointment. I felt like was taken back to the 1980's. The lobby had a smell and the front desk looked like it was the original desk. The front area was not inviting at all. behind the desk you could see paperwork piled up in different areas. The rooms and hallways had a look of being upgraded but you could tell that is was just a cover up of a old hotel. My room was okay. The Cable would go out, the old steel door would not close behind me and i had to force it closed. The Pool area was supposed to be open until 10 pm was closed at 7 pm each night. Carpet had a smell coming from the side door. The gift shop was NEVER open. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

  No Calls from Manager

  I booked this hotel via Expedia.com for the April 2020 Masters. Since the golf tournament was post-poned until November 2020, I have called 8 times over the last 2 months to speak with the manager about getting a refund or allowing me to use my 2 nights(already paid for) in November 2020 for the rescheduled tournament. No one has called me to discuss my options after leaving my name and number 8 times. I think this property is now sold out in November, so not sure what my options are now. The lack of customer service here is troubling.

  Quick Escape Getaway

  My wife and I needed a few days escape and randomly selected Augusta. Not golf fans, just picked a city within a few hours drive of our home. Since there were so many things to do close to downtown Augusta (and I had Wyndham points) we decided on the Ramada. Simone at the front desk was awesome! She suggested a specific room since she know we were going to be staying a few days and made several restaurant and activity suggestions all of which were great! Yes the hotel is showing it's age here and there but everything is clean and well maintained. If you want shiny and new with no personality then go somewhere else. This hotel and it's staff fit well with the overall vibe of downtown Augusta and I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

  Beautiful room and location- GREAT DEAL!

  We are in from Ohio visiting family. The staff has gone above and beyond to show courteous service and willingness to ensure we are satisfied with our room. We rented a king suite facing the beautiful downtown district on Broad Street! 9th floor view is spectacular at night and the windows in our room show out all angles . SIMPLY lovely! Also, the little restaurant downstairs in the lobby area was so neat! Home cooked meal for cheap and boy was it good! I cant say enough ! Its clean and its accommodating both in amenities and location . See all this place has to offer! You wont be disappointed !!

  Out dated

  Needs a renovation very out dated heater didn't work in the room I moved rooms and seen a ant in the bed. I had a hard time sleeping the toilet had dirty all around it and the sink had coffee stains so I had to wipe the room down myself
