  Muy buen hotel y está muy bien ubicado. El personal excelente sobre todo la persona del lobby que nos recibió en la noche, creo que se llama Shiva, muy amable. Los alrededores del hotel hay diferentes restaurantes.

  Excellent stay at a clean and efficient facility.

  Great support at the business center....room was large and comfortable, as well as quiet. Well worth the price for the location. Very pleased with this Holiday Inn and the supportive team! Pool side restaurant is open 5-8pm, excellent fish and chips!

  Do NOT stay here.

  We booked a king room and they gave us 2 doubles. When we requested a refund they threatened to call the police on us and have us kicked out. Because it was a very busy time for the area there were no other hotels available within a reasonable distance so we were forced to stay. All the staff were extremely rude to us. We had booked several rooms and were only asking to be refunded for the one room that was incorrect. Their abusive behavior turned a fun trip into a nightmare.

  Go Almost Anywhere Else!

  Defiantly not up to Holiday Inn standard in ANY way. The rooms were run down with signs of age all over. We had 2 double beds, 1 was pushed against the wall so you could not open or close the drapes. The tub was very stained, the toilet never stopped running and the refrigerator had a broken shelf. The microwave we think was unplugged but we could not find out because it was in a inaccessible entertainment center. I was in the hotel all day without a car and choose this because of the breakfast, the restaurant and the pool. There was $4 charge for the breakfast so we purchased the vouchers for everyday. The first day it was not terrible (except the bagged eggs). They also had sausages, pancakes muffins, cereal, juice and milk. The next day they guy serving had his hoodie pulled over his face and was on his phone. After 5 mins. I finally got his attention. It appeared the eggs, sausage and pancakes were leftover from the day before. There was no bread, cereal or orange juice. Going forward it just got worse. The hot items just appeared to be leftovers, There was cereal but no milk, pancakes but no syrup. I finally complained to the manager who did refund out money. The restaurant was only open from 5-8 (I think) so no lunch for me. Wanted to have a drink and watch the football game, no such luck again, the bar was closed on Sundays. Because of Covid we did out own cleaning. Would NOT even remotely recommend in any situation.

  JUST AWFULL

  Dirty and in disrepair. First three sets of room keys didn't work. They moved us to another room where the keys finally worked. Toilet ran all the time. Toilet seat was loose. When my wife was asked not to smoke on the property the manager was very rude. When we complained about his attitude the night manager called the police and had them escort us off the property.. And they refused to refund the money even though they kicked us off the property. When you call the IHG help desk you get a offshore help desk. They promise to call you in 48 hours. No phone call. . The bottom of your feet get black from the floors that haven't been cleaned in a long time. There is a garden hose feeding water into the jacuzzi. The pool collection vents were covered with leaves. Constant loud door banging sounds all around our room Beds are full size only and very small. Empty parking lot is a real sign that this old glorified prison is headed for extinction. Move on down the road warriors. Trust me. Avoid this one. .
