  Never walked into hotel with such gloomy and depressing environment. The reception team members are clueless and have serious attitude problems. We stayed in many hotels around the country and this is one of the worst we have chosen to stay in unfortunately. Its a shame they use Ramada branding to sell their rooms as I have stayed in Travelodge and premier Inn, holiday inn etc and did not have a single complaint. Now the room, as soon as we walked in it had nicotine odour which was unpleasant. Every single furniture in the room was broken or peeling off including the laminated floor which was chipped and almost cut my foot. One positive I can say is that the cleanliness of the room was better than expected. Dear Management, Please train your front office staff on how to treat customers where its face to face or over the phone. Appalling behaviour and very unprofessional. Thank you

  I found this a great place

  There are some bad reviews, maybe I just got lucky? Check in was fast and friendly, room was clean, tidy, and everything worked, bed was comfy, hotel was busy but not noisy I slept really well (this was a saturday night too), breakfast was outstanding, all staff were helpful, and the price for all of this was awesome.

  Ignore the terrible ratings, its not that good

  Ignore the terrible ratings, its not even that good. By far the worst hotel I have had the displeasure to stay in and Ive stayed in hundreds The fact that my parents room was only have made up when we arrived pales into insignificance, rooms were dirty the whole corridor on the 3rd floor just smelt of weed and tobacco. The room opposite had a domestic at 4am and reception didnt even answer our phone call of concern for the poor girl who was clearly the brunt of the raised voices Went down for breakfast at 9.15 only to be told they had changed the times and it had finished at 9....we wasnt made aware of this when we checked in Complained on leaving and was promised a call off the manager, heard nothing called again Wednesday and spoke to him, apologised said he would look into it and to give him a couple of days to investigate and he would call me back. Today is a week on, hence why I held off posting anything on here If you are thinking of staying here DONT

  The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet. the service was spot on. The breakfast was made by the lovely Sally and it was first class.. will most certainly recommend this hotel to my friends. Thank you all including the two lovely ladies on reception, and Shufti.

  Dirty, weed smelling Hotel

  Horrible stay, midnight people were smoking weed , smoke alarm/ fire alarm went off multiple times from 1am onwards.unable to sleep and very scary experience for kids too.complained to Manager no reply .please do not stay here at all.waste of money. There are other customers who has written about weed smelling corridors too. The hotel management is not interested in customer service at all
