  Good food but had a torrid time with my room

  Stayed here for a week. The food like most other budget hotels in Gurgaon was good. However had a bad time with the room. The AC was not functioning well in my room. Though it was perfectly OK in the room of my colleague. Managed to stay one night in this room and then wanted a change as it was July end and really not in NCR. So explored another room but decided to sit in another room for an hour to see how it was but it turned out to be the same. Explored 3 other rooms till 1am before finally settling on a room. However the staff was quite poor in that they expected me to shift my luggage at 1am in the night. My other colleague who was sleeping in our original room unfortunately had to do without AC that night since they cut his AC off after giving me a room. Happy that they gave me this room which was better and larger than our earlier one. So advice is check out the room before you agree to it. Not all are same size and good. Apart from that its a great location. Walking distance to metro station and Cyber Hub.

  Great Location, good food..

  I've stayed here atleast 3 times in the past. Always a good experience. Great staff and good food. The location is perfect for someone who has work in and around DLF city. Staff is helpful and prompt too. The rooms are a bit dull, however everything else is great.

  Average, or rather the rooms are below average. Good Service. Very Good Food!

  I booked an AirCon room through stayzilla for Rs.1245 per night. Its a kind of an apartment, no way a Hotel - so let us take this as a service apartment - with more than average kind of service. Its an old (more than 10 years at least) property. The ACs, Beds, Infra, Bath fittings etc, all seem old enough to prove that this is an old property indeed. The PROS: I landed at IGI Airport at around 1230 hrs on 18th Oct 2016 and took an Uber Cab to reach Rama Residency (RR), Gurgaon. The location as provided / tracked by GPS is perfect. Checked-in at around 1325 hrs. Ordered food - An American Chopsuey - immediately - It came to the room a little late at around 1415 hrs. But it tasted really good. Next, my strolley bag was a bit mishandled by the airport baggage staff and it was ripped off its seams on one end. I had to fix this and the property arranged to take my strolley and got it repaired to perfection before I had finished my lunch. This was really great. Next day, the complimentary Breakfast was served quicker than expected. And it was a really a filling one. The TEA served was excellent or more than that, if I can mention. Wi-Fi (complimentary) worked really well and was really fast enough keeping the OLD image of the property. Very close to and the vicinity of DLF Square, DLF Cyber Hub, Airtel, BPTP/RMZ Infinity - Gurgaon. If you are on a budget, do not look elsewhere. Stay here. Good to have a pleasant walk in the evening / night - around the property. Very very Quiet locality. The CONS - The ACs are a bit of a problem though. Immediately after my Lunch, I asked for a change of a room and that was done and only then I was happy with the other room. Room infra / bath fittings are asking for a change. I highly recommend that the property upgrades / renovates this property sooner or later.

  Fraud hotel with some bad management

  I recently had a horrific incident at this hotel. I booked it online but when i went there the hotel declined the booking (said even though you have the confirmation from the site we are having some technical problems and we are not entertaining any guest from online portals). This all happened at 11:30pm at night - where i reached Gurugram after a day long flight and was looking for a accommodation to spend the night so that i can catch a next flight in the following morning. Firstly they declined booking, secondly they forced us to stay in a fellow hotel was under construction - i however was trying for an alternate but at that point of time you would imagine it was very difficult - it was almost 12 (mid night). I however managed to find a hotel elsewhere (after a lot of struggle) and wanted to leave then they blocked my exit and asked a full night stay - i had not fully checked into this new hotel (which was an under construction building) I refused to give in and ultimately paid a nominal amount so that i can my family could leave safely. I hope this ordeal doesn't get repeated with anyone else. The experience was bad but if you contemplate it could have been worse. Please avoid this hotel as much as possible as the hotel is a big fraud

  Big Scam - People travelling from Outside Gurgaon Beaware

  The hotel is extortion center. Please never visit this hotel. My booking was not accepted - even though i have valid confirmation - then i was asked to move into a different hotel of their colleague - which they voluntarily arranged. The new hotel was just very bad and it was stinking - i didnt checked into that and sat in the reception area to try to see if i can book any other hotel and after 10-15 i succeeded. When i was about to leave two people with (they were looking like bouncers) came and demanded me to pay INR 2,500/- when i said i have not checked in but they started using abusive language .. i then called Rama residency guys and updated them on the situation - their reply was astonishing, the person said "Handle the matter yourself; according to me you have checked in" .. i had to pay INR 2,500 and save my life.. please never fall for this trap .. they speak very nicely on the phone but its a big trap and i think they target outsiders ... I also met another person who went through the same with them Also there is a another review like this on tripadvisor which suggest that this is a regular occurrence - please be careful and never step foot in this horrible hotel
