  Hidden accomodation

  The room was big enough, clean and comfortable. The receptionist working when we checked in didn't speak English. Breakfast was average, you have to tell them in the evening what you want to eat in the morning. The location is at the entrance in the city and is not very visible from the main road. You have to pay attention at a small sign indicating the hotel.

  What you see is what you get

  We had made a plan for a smooth drive from Copenhagen to NW-Bulgaria, with a sleep-over in Bratislava. We found RAKI as the perfect option - easy access to highway and 5 min drive from old town Bratislava. Hotel rooms was big and clean, nothing to complain about. However, the breakfast was really poor. But we would probably try RAKI again for sleep-over, because of the convenience.

  Excellent staff

  Nice room for thee person, with a three large beds. The room looks like new. Extra friendly and helpful staff, thank them for everything. Close to bus stop, so you are able to reach city center in 15 minutes.

  Not the best!

  Just back from a stay at this hotel. Would definitely not recommend! On arrival the receptionist was friendly enough & asked us to pre-order breakfast for the following morning which all 17 of us duly did. Next morning the wait for breakfast was ridiculous, orders were brought out one at a time! Took an eternity when we needed to be out as quickly as possible. Fast forward the following day, decided just to have cereal and toast and not bother with anything cooked to save time. Arrived to 3 bits of bread! Asked if they had more bread, told no so asked if they could go and buy some at the Tesco nearby. After that we had to be out before 7am so basically gave up and bought food while we were out to save time. During our stay we also had to ask for clean towels and never had our rooms cleaned or bin emptied once! This hotel is quite far out of the centre and would recommend if going to Bratislava dont stay here.
