  5 star for location, 2 star for the room 2 star for the air conditioning3 stars for the included breakfast (pretty basic) and 4 stars for the price, worth a visit for maximum 2-3 nights in Bangkok area

  very good location

  very good location,hours keep nice but bad service at reception i have book room for uncle and my husband we come thailand for working a few week ,we change plan so we need to stay more night . we continue booking 2 time we also change room 2 time we don't understand why need to change room many time first booking reception give a reason is have another person book our room stay must change the room. second time we want to continue 2 night say full booking , can stay only 1 night and must check out in the morning can't check out 12.00 so never mind we still can booking in web .then check in again we ask for stay same room because uncle olds already won't change room they say can't ,and say want to clean air con must change room again , i don't understand this service. we have stay there 3 booking all different floor. telephone our room also can't use . wifi so poor. the bed so strong like sleep on stone like that. our room toilet have problem change room again . i really don't understand your service . and i don't like your sound when your talk with guest.

  Good location worst staff

  I was there today,order a drink thinking about to have lunch in there. But the way the staff behaves makes my mind to get lost from there with only drink. Even there are not interested to give WiFi password. Great location, Nice view, good drink, everythings screwed by attitude.

  Great hotel

  They have renovated this place, and service experience. We were quite afraid of the bad reviews, but all of them proved wrong as we arrived. The staff are super friendly and attentive, the room is clean and top notch. Value for money, we say. Also quite quiet, with minimal noises coming in.

  Would stay again!

  Great hotel located near Nana station and walking distance to Terminal 21. The room was very comfortable and clean. The lobby is nice and staff very friendly. Good wifi also. Hotel also has a nice terrace with good views.
