  Clean, comfortable, convenient and has everything you need.

  Never judge a book by its cover. This motel has been slightly refurbished with new flooring, bathroom, and kitchenette. It has everything we needed such as ironing board, iron, hairdryer, etc. We stayed in a two bedrooms unit, which feel spacious and comfortable. The owners are very nice and friendly. It is close to the shops. Highly recommended.

  Great value for solo traveller

  Great value for single traveller with special rates single rooms with shared shower room and toilet down hallway with free wifi in rooms and fridge and tv with free to air channels only and new world supermarket nearby and kfc fast food across road and bus stop outside motel direct to city centre cost about $3.40 and check in until 9pm

  Handy to takeaways

  Great quality for a budget unit. Family unit with two bedrooms was a good size. Fans in each room. The linen was ok, beds too soft. Management was very helpful. Dont waste your time and money on the laundry facilities, they are cheap domestic models and do a poor job.

  Staff are super helpfull and welcoming. The rooms are suprislingly very clean and have everything you need. The motel is opposite a complex of shops and right outside a bus stop. Would defiently stay here again!

  Absolutely shocking!!!!

  Booked in online using hotel.com(have used before without issue) went to show up at the Motel only to be told (I think- not a lot of English spoken) that our booking was cancelled, as someone had booked the last room 4 minutes before we did!!! Which I get double bookings can happen (having worked in the industry myself I get it) what I dont Understand is that they had processed the payment, so with $650 taken from the account and no accomodation at 7pm on a Friday night before a long weekend and staff that didnt understand or speek a word of English trying to get it refunded turned into an nightmare... After over an hour of trying to talk to the owner of this place, the desk clerk who just kept smiling and saying im sorry, we have no rooms and the hotel.com people (who were really nice, and tried to be as helpful as they could) we were left with no where to stay and all other accommodation booked out for a long weekend away. So may want to look into hiring staff that speak enough English to not make a bad situation worse, and check how many rooms you have before advertising them online, or at least sort out some kind of refund policy so when this does happen, you dont leave people stranded!!!
