  Charming Boutique Hotel

  This is a wonderful little hotel, perfectly situated in the heart of Ross on Wye. My bright room was tastefully furnished in a modern style, yet it retained charming original features. The bed was very comfortable, I had a decent sized bathroom and everything was impeccably clean. A kettle with an array of teas and coffee was provided. There are no breakfast facilities but there is a handful of delightful cafes within a stones throw. Highly recommended.

  Bijoux

  Stunning bijoux room in the centre of Ross on Wye. We won a night here in a Facebook competition and was welcomed wholeheartedly by Kris and Craig. Our room was bijoux but spacious enough to make it our own for the night. We expected noise from the pubs and clubs on the street, however pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was for a weekend evening. Lovely comfortable bed, complimentary toiletries and crisp white towels. Lovely selection of tea and coffee included in facilities. We would highly recommend giving this stunning little establishment a visit, you won't be disappointed.

  Lovely stay

  Stayed over in Ross-on-Wye enjoying the local walks and had some nice food at The Royal Hotel over looking the valley and river. Couldn't get a room there, so after a quick search,found Hotel 17 just down the road. Lovely, clean place, check in/out hassle free. Great stay thank you

  Amazing stay!

  Wow what a lovely hotel. The room was spotless, beds and pillows so comfy. The owners Kris & Craig were so welcoming and were there if you needed them. Downstairs the is a fantastic cocktail bar, the drinks were incredible! Thanks for a lovely stay. We cant wait to escape again!

  Disgusting customer service

  Booked this hotel, Owners rude and did not respond to me when they overbooked and took money from my account.. I still haven't received a refund. Rang and they hung up on me and didn't respond to any messages.. Fuming!!
