  Even in the midst of the night ( 2:15 hrs ) a warm welcome and good service to get your room a.s.a.p. Nice rooms and good beds available, good price What a good feeling to have a safe place to have a nice rest after a 24 hrs travelling day!

  Nice rooms, clean, remote location

  The rooms are clean, not so big, but that might be because the bed was very big. The room I had shared a living room and a small kitchen with another room, which was empty during my stay, so I had really enough space. The shower has warm water with sufficient pressure, not always available in Rwanda. Internet works like every where in Rwanda, in and out, but that is not the fault of the Hotels, thats the Internet in general. The laundry was made for a good price, just took 3 to 4 days. The location is approx. 300 meters downhill (very steep) from the next paved road and you will have to walk up there to get a moto taxi in the morning. But on the other side its really quiet you can hear the birds in the morning. Breakfast is only served from 9 am on, the manager arrives after 8 and that is when they start cooking. Even the security guards are sleeping until 8. I stayed 8 nights and managed only one time to get breakfast. But if you don't mind waiting its ok. There is no restaurant or supermarket near, the Flats do not have any food service (the manager said you could order in advance 1 day, then they will provide) I felt I was treated good and people where nice, would go back, if I had a vehicle.

  Wonderful hospitality and great accommodations..

  Over ten days we spent three nights here. The furnished apartments are wonderful Each has a living room, dining room and kitchen, with two bedrooms with private bathrooms. The doors to those suites lock, making it a hotel room. Everything was clean and all linens and towels provided. The actual buildings are new and lovey, with special plaster work, porches and neat arches. The hospitality was amazing. Our first night, we didn't get in until 12:30 AM,but the host and his helpers were up and helped us move our luggage in. We had told them we would be late, but didn't quite expect to be that late. The second night, we didn't know we would be late, but again, were graciously welcomed at 11 PM. The third night we got there at 9PM. The breakfasts are served in your apartment at the dining room table. They were the best breakfasts we were served in the whole ten days. I did some laundry, and left a dress drying on the living room. One of the maids took and hung it outside while I was gone, then returned it neatly folded to me. I was so glad or it wouldn't have dried so quickly. We were meant to leave on Saturday long before check out time, but our car had to be repaired. They told us to use one of the apartments, and weren't upset, just gracious! They have a nice car to rent to go to and from the airport or Genocide museum. It fits four plus driver and on our trip cost $6 for the car and driver, not per person. One thing we deeply appreciated at the end of our trip was the fact that this hotel is out in a rich suburbs, so it was so quiet. Many other hotels were on main roads and I had trouble sleeping at night. The beds were big, some were king sized. Good mosquito netting. When we get back to Rwanda,this will again be our main "home." There is only one negative...and that is the road there is dirt and pretty full of ruts. But there is a lot of road building going on...so hopefully it will be fixed.

  Great value and unique accomodations

  I spent one night here on my way from the airport to the Lake Kivu area. What's unique about these accommodations is that each unit is two bedrooms, each with a private bath, a sitting area and a small kitchen with basic appliances. Rather cool. It was clean, beds good, and the breakfasts very adequate (bread and eggs and coffee or tea). It is a bit out of the way from the airport, about 10 kilometers.

  I spent Two nights here at radius. the staff are very friendly like valens,quiet place to sleep and bird singing,price which is not much as well, but you should add more hotel facilities and service in order to fulfill visitor's needs. Would I go back no or yes absolutely yes more and more
