  NOT a relaxing retreat

  My wife and I stayed at this hotel recently, and I was not suprised to see someone had mentioned drag racing on here. Right outside of our room, until 11pm, up and down the parking garage and on the street, until this is under control I would stay elsewhere. Then in the morning, one of the managers and cleaning crew staff are yelling to eachother for probably 15 min straight, and then different cleaning crew people to eachother for another 20 min, not even considering that there may be guests still asleep. Our room was very nice, the only complaint is that the electrical for half the room didnt work, lights, outlets, etc, we just used the side that did work. Definitely not what I would consider a 4 star or even 3.5 star hotel, guest experience needs to improve.

  Amazing weekend in Davenport, IA

  My boyfriend and I, stayed at the Radisson with our children this past weekend. Dora R. was absolutely amazing!!! She knew us on a first name bases, was super kind and friendly and very accommodating. She listened to all of our needs, and they were taken care of immediately. She even created grab and go breakfast for the three littles ones that we had, so they could have breakfast during the COVID pandemic! The hotel is beautiful, and the staff, especially Dora R., makes it even more beautiful and wonderful for guests!!!

  Would stay again

  Stayed there for a dance competition. Super friendly and helpful front desk. Hotel was clean. A note - Not many restaurants open on a Sunday around there. Could not find drivers for Door dash/Uber eats. Pizza places were open and delivering.

  The quality is questionable

  Currently in a room here and after realizing a lamp doesnt work, throwing away someone elses used shampoo, conditioner, and body wash from the shower (with hair stuck to the bottles), and killing an ant that was crawling in bed with me as I lay here, I think its safe to say the rooms arent properly checked or taken care of by staff. The recent upgrades seem unfinished, the floors were dirty, the shower doors were dirty, the smoke detector is missing and the bathroom shows water damage. The location is convenient and the price isnt bad, but look over your room as soon as you check in. :)

  Didnt sleep a wink

  My daughter and I stayed here for a dance competition. She had to dance early Sunday morning so we stayed Saturday night. From 9pm until after 2am there were people drag racing along the road outside of the hotel. It was louder than any airport hotel I have ever stayed at. When I called the front desk they claimed they couldnt do anything about it and would not call the police. The one nice thing I can say is the bed was very comfortable. The toiletries were all very cheap for an upscale hotel. The shampoo and soap were generic and very drying and the toilet paper was the awful recycled Scotts toilet paper. The towels and linens on the bed were nice. The lighting in the room was very dim even with all of the lighting on. Lighting was all task lighting. The toilet in our room wouldnt flush properly you had to hold down the handle a long time and hope it would flush. 50/50 probability. There was nothing around the hotel for breakfast first thing in the morning. The hotel restaurant was still closed due to COVID. There was no one at the front desk in the morning when I needed to check out. I just left my cards.
