  Excelente para visita de negocios

  Ubicado en un area tranquila, cercano al cluster empresarial en Southfield. Staff muy atento y amable. Habitaciones recientemente renovadas. Delicioso desayuno incluido, huevo, tocino, salchichas, patatas, waffles, avena, cereal, yogurt, fruta, jugo y cafe.

  Wonderful stay, wonderful staff

  I travel to Southfield frequently and my hotel is usually booked for me. This time I was left to book my own. This was closest to my destination, so I stayed here. I was on the 14th floor. From the moment I checked in, the staff was all about how they could help make my stay better. They were extremely friendly the whole week I was there. My view was amazing!!! The week before I stayed at a Hilton and from the top floor, the windows were so dirty I kept the curtains closed. Not here. The windows were crystal clear. The bed was very comfortable. They have connection for 110v and 240v. The TV has adapter under it for USB, RCA, VGA, and HDMI input that if very accessible from the desk. I seriously couldn't say enough good about the staff or the hotel. They guy in the room beside couldn't refrain from smoking dope, but they sent their security guy right up and he took care of the problem..... I will be going back here!!!!

  3 dirty rooms, several flies and missing items

  I was placed into 3 separate rooms, all of which had food on the floor underneath the desks and several flies! The water pressure is terrible because you have to have the water on the hottest temperature to get good pressure through their shower heads. I wanted a room with a tub but every time that they upgraded me for being inconvenienced by their unclean rooms, they just moved me to a higher floor into a room with the exact same esthetics. My first room had crumbs on the chair and food on the floor and had almost no toilet paper on the roll no extra paper stocked in the bathroom. My second room had a broken drawer that wouldnt close and no Kleenex stocked. My third room had a piece of bacon on the floor underneath the desk that i didnt identify until the next day. And again, they all had several flies which i spent the weekend that i was supposed to be relaxing, killing. As far as room decor, i would have appreciated at least one piece of art or scene from Detroit in my room, since the the city is apart of the hotels name. Also, i called twice in the same day, after check out, about an item that i left in my room, and i was never given a call back to let me know if they found the item or not. And lastly, one of the panels on the elevator was lifting away from the wall on the 12th floor. Thats not necessarily a big deal, but if housekeeping and maintenance comes to the floor everyday, it something that should have been taken care of. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone. I have stayed in much nicer 2 star hotels and for this one to be rated 3.5 stars, i was expecting much better.

  Great Hotel!

  I stay here all the time when I come home to visit my family, its a great hotel and the service is good also! Its close to everywhere i need to go and very convenient! I will continue to stay here on my next trips!

  Awesome experience!!

  Best Western Premier Executive Residency Detroit Southfield Hotel: My extended stay was indeed a pleasure. The staff and owners were exceptional. Felt more like family. Going above and beyond to provide me with the best service possible and all while following CDC guidelines during covid 19. Steller views,clean rooms and a caring staff.. What more can one ask for! I definitely recommend this hotel if want excellence, and if you have a chance please checkout the recently added Executive Residency part of the hotel. You will not be disappointed!! And finally I wanna to extend many thank you's to those who made my stay a pleasure! Thank you,Sahil,Rajesh,Satish,Shanika,Leon,John and Manoj... It was a pleasure.
