Unclean and unsafeAvoid this hotel at all costs. We were in town to support family after a loss and our original lodging plan fell through, so we were forced to book a hotel despite concerns about how cavalier Iowa has been about COVID. We showed up to the hotel to find that it was unclean and that the hotel has not taken a single precaution against the virus. Staff weren't even provided with masks, and our requests for a set of clean sheets and some disinfectant were refused. We ended up leaving and booking at the Hilton, which, while outside our budget, is being very diligent about protecting staff and guests. The Radisson clearly does not care about the health or lives of its staff or guests.

Wonderful customer service and experience .I recently have been to this location on 2 separate occasions and I am impressed with the customer service experience. This was the most pleasant thing to me. If the customer service isn't right I believe the facility isn't right. Great staff all around and always there to answer a question. They a short group i believe and they all work hard. The hotel was clean, the pool was open tbis time and wasn't crowded. They also have procedure for covid in place so its safe to stay there. There is also a restaurant attached that is really nice. The area is close to downtown Iowa City and about 10 minute drive. Lost of local spots available as well. Will return soon and will recommend this stay.

Nice stay but bathroom could use some cleaning/updatesBeds comfy, room appeared clean other than inside of toilet. Not sure if was old and had some rust issues or if it was actually dirty. Missing some baseboard along bathroom wall. Water took a long time to get warm in shower but not a huge deal since it eventually was warm.

Older hotel but well kept.I stayed here in late July 2020. Staff has a good attitude and you can tell they care. The rooms are dated but well kept. The paint was in good shape and room was clean. Room was clean. You just get a feeling that this is an older hotel. The bathroom tub was clean. I found the sick to be very high. I remember this being the trend back in the late 1990's and early 2000's. I am 5'8 and it was high for my liking. I have stayed a 3 hotels this summer here in Coralville and this was the only one offering a hot breakfast in the time of Covid. I was surprised it was free and setup with plexiglass in the restaurant. You can tell some thought went in to it. I have to give them a lot of credit they didn't do just what others did and set out lunch sacks with muffins. Nightly turn over from guess seems lower than other hotels so not much noise from folks coming and going. Other then it just feeling like an older hotel I was very happy with my stay and the price I paid. I would stay there again it offers good value for the money.

Not worth the stayMy husband and I stayed at this hotel to make it to the hospital to say good bye to my father, we are from Wisconsin, and the gentleman at the desk was rude and had a bad attitude, our room was ok but we had hair on the bathroom floor and toilet and you could see the soap scums in the shower. We could not sleep do to the bed feeling like it was nothing but springs and when we requested extra pillows the guy at the desk said no we dont have any for you. All night we had to listen to the room next to us slamming doors and talking loud and they kept sending off the smoke alarm. The only good part of our stay was the expensive dinner we had at twelve 01 the restaurant. You could tell the cook took pride in his job and what he does. If I ever have to travel back to Iowa I will never stay at this hotel I would rather have saved our money and stayed in our vehicle.
