  Buen alojamiento para negocios

  El hotel es muy comodo, pese a estar junto a una autopista no tiene problemas de ruido por la aislación doble de ventanas. Personal amable y muy accesible, incluso tuve late check out pese a que lo pedí a ultima hora. Además de disponer de van de transporte sin costo a cualquier lugar dentro de un radio de 6 millas. Todo muy bien

  Gran vistas!

  El hotel tenía una gran vista. El hotel tenía una piscina y u spa. La camas eran muy cómodas. Teniamos una gran vista del parque gran bola americana. Teniamos muy cerca de la ciudad. Yo recomiendo este hotel.

  Horrible

  I come to Cincinnati often for business and usually prefer to stay in Covington and have loved every hotel except for this one and here is why: 1. Upon arrival hotel staff was super lax about mask wearing. Many had it on one ear but not covering there face. Nobody was enforcing mask wearing with guest in lobby. 2. The elevator smelled like a weed factory and when we got settled in our room (unpacked and in PJs) the stench of weed came pouring I to our room. When I called downstairs they were nonchalant and said they were sending security (which never came). They finally moved us to another room. 3. The rooms were not clean (either) and we're not well cared for. Tears in curtains, damage to the lamp shade and the desk surface was dirty. The price point is comparable to the embassy suites and marriott but that quality, cleanliness, customer service, lack of covid responsibility make it not worth even trying. I would pay $50 more a night for the other 2 hotels. Extremely disappointed!!

  Absolutely 100%

  We have been waiting to stay at this hotel every time we passed it on our journey from Nc to Michigan because it is beautiful from the road. We finally got to stay and even enjoyed the rooftop restaurant where the view was insanely beautiful. I was really obsessed with the moving floor for a 360 view, absolutely breathtaking. The crab cakes were the best I have ever had. Our server Matthew was so very sweet and really made sure we enjoyed ourselves. Our steak didnt come out to the right temp but the flavor was so good that it didnt matter. I def recommend the lavender lemon drop martini. Really great cocktail list. Absolutely 5 stars. I cant wait to return.

  Not worth the price

  I was very disappointed with this hotel. The room was $140 a night and I expected something better than an old motel. There was mold on the ceiling of our bathroom, carpet is dirty with dried spots of something. The knob to turn the shower on was missing part of it so it was just a big spike sticking out. The lady during checkin was clearly not wanting to be there. One night we had neighbors that were yelling and slamming the door half the night. I called the fest and they said security would come. It continued and even got worse when our door was banged on. Stay elsewhere. The Hilton downtown would have been cheaper but I wanted the view. Not worth it for the poor shape the room was in.
