Rental car vandalized. Didn't feel safe.Upon checking in I told the front desk that I didn't feel safe parking in their lot (dimly lit, far walk to the front desk) and they brushed me off. When the police woke me at 1am to say my rental car had been vandalized (along with others) I knew I should have listened to my gut! No follow up from the hotel after this experience. Never again.

Near museumsThis is at an intersection with easy on-off freeway access. it is at the end of Casa Grande's 'old town' - near the art museum, city history museum and neon museum. We were there to visit relatives wintering at Palm Creek RV resort, about 3 miles down the road. we didn't eat at the hotel's adjacent restaurant but i understand it is one of the nicer restaurants in town. hotel surrounds a central courtyard, staff attentive, all clean, would stay here again.

Not bad, but I expected betterLocation was my main reason for this hotel. Downstairs smells like kitty litter, the elevator is in serious need of repair. I only used it to bring my luggage and used the stairs all the other times. The room however is clean, smells nice and spacious. The beds are comfortable, white sheets show stains but they are clean. Bathroom needs a deep cleaning. Like a good scrub, you can tell its quickly wiped down. And the carpet could use a shampoo. Honestly I would choose the hotel across town if I had to stay again, but I wouldnt say this stay is a total bust, just needs some attention. AC works great! Fridge isnt cold. (Yes I turned it down) Overall, I expected better.

The most deplorable stay ever from a 5 million mile travellerI travel to Asia, Africa, Europe, and South America annually and have never experienced the Holiday" full service" Inn Casa Grande. I was there for work, and upon check-in, I was told no service for the five days I was scheduled, including towels, room cleaning, and dumping the garbage; they said it was due to COVID. I was told it the Holiday Inn's policy. I had just checked out of Tucson's embassy suites, where my rooms were serviced twice a day and fresh towels. I guest better hotels have a higher standing, especially during a pandemic. I went to my room on the 1st floor that faced the main road and found two men standing outside my bedroom window talking and smoking; my bed was eye level. If I kept my window opened, people could look in my room while I slept. The room was very dark, dingy, and dirty. I asked to have my room switch, and I was told they were sold out. I tried for five days to no avail. I was told if I didn't like it, I could find another hotel. I called there corporate office filed a claim, but nothing changed. There was also a freight train across the street from my bedroom window that ran all night blowing the horn as it entered into the town (I took a video of the train passing outside my room at 2, 3, 4:14, 5:27 am. Each morning I had to get up at 6 am to work at another city that was a 90-minute drive and work for 8 hours. I was so exhausted my entire day from not being able to get any rest at this hotel. I am a reasonable person, and I understand that the hotel sells out and does not accommodate room changes. It was a lack of professionalism, empathy, and disregard for a guest. The front desk day staff was arrogant, rude, and disrespectful. However, the night crew, Brandy and Bobby, were kind and respectful. I would not recommend this hotel until, at the very least, the day shift staff and supervisor Malissa attend best practices for customer service.

Dirty bedding, not good.I checked in and was greeted by very nice young lady at desk. Was given room key and proceeded to back of hotel. Once at my room, door would not open. I called front desk and after a few minutes was told no one was in room but she would come check. After knocking on doors, woman opened door to our surprise. She stated she was switched 2 days prior to this room. I proceeded with all my luggage back to front desk and was given new room on 2nd floor. Once inside, unpacked bags to get ready for bed since I had been travel8ng all day and was extremely tired. I pulled bedding back and found smalls bugs between sheets, along with hair. Went to take shower and almost slipped as the liner between tub has l8fted and now floor of tub is "squishy". It has a waterbed effect..... When you step in, the tub floor moves. I noticed dirty black hair ties on floor in carpeted area across from bathroom. There was also what looks like tooth paste splatter on mirror in bathroom. The refrigerator stopped working and only after jiggling, unplugging and replugging in, did it start running again. Was happy to receive coffee and toiletries at front desk at checkin, however the coffee maker did not work. Also can hear all street noise front 2nd floor and is close to train tracks so hear train whistle throughout the night. Overall, I was not happy with all of these issues but was too exhausted to try to have to repack and move again to another room.
