  great location, clean comfortable rooms, nice pool, amazing "hall of heroes" veterans museum, ice box in room, outside smoking areas, ample free parking, smallish restaurant and bar; friendly staff,9 stories with 4 elevators, great brand name, across from future aquarium.

  Great Expectations

  First time at this hotel. Convenient location, though road construction nearby made access a bit difficult. Hotel was clean, friendly with free parking and near enough to attractions to be convenient, but far enough off the "strip" to be quieter.

  Branson Visit

  Been coming to Branson for 21 years always stayed at another location. Jennifer at Branson.com offered very politely to quote me a price. The price with the extras was good reason for us to take her up. Breakfast was exceptional. The desk clerk upon checking in noticed I was somewhat limited in mo mobility and moved us to another floor close to the elevator. Heres the crazy thing handicap room are only on the first floor but with no king beds. Any wise I will still rate this clean hotel a 5 Star. And now will be back for Thanksgiving.   Comfortable Stay

  We don't usually stay at 4-star hotels which have the cost of the Raddison, so I was expecting something very elegant. We actually were not paying the majority of the cost ourselves, so I didn't mind much that we were not getting our usual complimentary breakfast. The lobby of the hotel was very nice, but our room was not much different from those of cheaper hotels. I was surprised to see that we did not have a microwave in our room, just a fridge. There was one microwave for the entire floor near the vending/ice machines. We stayed for 3 nights and were told upfront that there would be no housekeeping until we left unless requested due to Covid restrictions. We had plenty of towels, so this really wasn't an issue. In fact, I enjoyed not feeling like I needed to straighten up so someone could clean or having to be out of the room at certain times of the day. We had coffee in the room, but not enough condiments for 3 days, so I had to ask the front desk to bring some. There was no coffee service in the lobby, but I found out later that there was coffee on the lower level. Of course, many people would not know this unless going to the fitness room or pool at this level. Overall, we had a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. However, if I were making the reservations myself, I would probably go somewhere else with complimentary breakfast, lower rates, and the rooms are about the same quality.

  Great Location but dirty and old hotel

  We stayed in the Radisson in Branson on 1/30/21 and got 2 rooms. Rooms are very small as is the restrooms. What really took us back was the dirtiness of the rooms. My 6 year old found gummy bear candy and a quarter on the floor and in our restroom there were fingernail or toenail clippings on the floor. The room next to ours which my mother stayed in had pubic hair on the toilet and under the lid, and her bed had stains not covered by her sheet. We also found a hair in our bed. The carpets were dirty and we did not want to walk barefoot in our room. The next morning at checkout I let the front desk know. I only give it 3 stars because of its location and the staff were friendly.
