  Will never stay at this hotel again

  During a 9 day stay, my trash was only emptied once, I had to ask for Toilet Paper at the front Desk, and my towels were never exchanged without me calling the front desk to ask to have someone bring them to me and hand them the old ones

  Bike trip in WI

  Our last night of a 4 day motorcycle trip. Parked under the awning. Check-in / out was speedy and easy. Rooms were nice, bed comfortable. Friendly staff in the bar. Good drinks! Received drink coupons at check-in. Pool was open and there is a courtyard in the center of hotel (outside) to sit and relax at night. We didn't last long, the mosquitos were horrible, thankfully the bar was open! Our only complaint is the very slippery shower floor. We would stay there again.

  Great Place Great Peple

  The hotel staff are great. Good value for price paid. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel looks to be recently updated. Restaurant is very good with a great selection of food and drink. I have stayed there on business for several weeks and will continue as long as I am assigned to Fond Du Lac.

  Room was dirty!!

  Checked into our room and both the fridge and microwave were dirty! Not only that, the bathroom was also dirty! The tub was scummy and when I wiped my hand around it it left a brown residue! How disgusting! The chrome was dirty and the bathroom floor was also dirty and had hair. They also did not throw away the k-cup that was in our Keurig from the previous guest! My sister also rented a room and her bathroom was dirty too! Went to front desk to tell them our bathroom was dirty and he didnt even write down our room number or send anyone to clean it! Just said he would talk to his manager! There was no Kleenex or toilet paper in our room either! Will not be coming back to this hotel!

  Terrible

  After finally arriving in room after realizing elevator wouldn't get us there and lugging all luggage up the steps only to find the room hadn't been cleaned yet. Called front desk, tried to tell us they just changed rooms and they'll get us new room keys, she walked us to room which was helpful, but got in new room and the only thing they appeared to do was change bedding. Surfaces not wiped down, dusty/ sticky. Floors not vacuumed well, still had food pieces. Coffee maker area in room had crumbs on tray. Fridge not working and actually full of mold. Housekeeper apologized profusely and brought in new fridge and cleaned, he was wonderful. Mask policy not enforced, workers had masks pulled down. Cleanliness in my room made me really uncomfortable as to how much cleaning they're really doing during covid really did not feel safe. Definitely not staying here again. I've stayed in some shady hotels before, this was by far the worst.
