  Extremely unsatisfied

  Posting my Genuine review: Taking into account the Brand name that it carries along, we were EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED with the overall experience. Below are the points that I would like to mention based on which I have given the ratings so that this would help you guys out there planning to book this place for your future visit: 1. The overall cleanliness and maintenance levels are extremely poor 2. Does not give you the feel of a Radisson brand 3. The room service and reception had to be called multiple times (minimum thrice) for simple requests like getting a sewing kit, towels etc. 4. The non-veg options in breakfast were very limited to Omlet and chicken sausages 5. The basement parking lot is very shabby 6. The walls inside the Business class room were quite dirty and not having a clean feel and finish to them. 7. Same being the case with the in-room furniture 8. The washrooms were not upto the mark. One good thing that I would like to highlight over here is that the hotel staff is extremely kind and helpful. These are some of the basic things which one might expect when booking a stay at this place. I hope the hotel management takes this issues into account and work on them. Thank you :)

  Above exceptional service and food by Manager Vishal Shede

  Radisson Blu lived up completely above my expectation. We went there for my anniversary , and this was an anniversary which I will never forget. And that is all thanks to Mr. Vishal shede of the coffee shop who went out of the way to make it very very special for us. Right from the front desk experience, Mr. Amit explained all the amenities of the hotel to us and was very pleasant. It's covid and we thought that the hotel would do cost cutting( as all hotels are doing) but we were proven wrong. The food was so scrumptious and delicious that the taste is still lingering in our mouths. We ordered chicken starters and both were delicious and the quantity of the starters were enough for 4 people. To make it special for my kid, Mr. Vishal provided cookies and chocolates. After checking out, My son wanted to go back to the hotel , that's the level of hospitality we all got. Warm pot of milk for my kid was provided free of charge. The dinner buffet comprised of Indian, conti, Chinese and many deserts and live stations like pasta etc. We have visited Hyatt, pune and Grand Hyatt mumbai but the dinner buffet at Radisson Blu was above exceptional. The bf buffet too had all the necessary bf items. Speaking abt the service, In room dining staff were very cordial, would like to thank Bajirao and Pawan for their pleasant service. Even at Carmine, the coffee shop, prompt service was given to us. Even before our asking, kathi rolls, paratha and starters were provided at our table. This is called 'Anticipatory service' Every 10 mins we had the staff asking us if we needed anything and we're at our Beck n call every time. Special thanks to our servers Mr. Prashant, Shubham and Rohit. And once again thank you to Mr. Vishal shede. If there are such good staff like Vishal, surely the hotel will wonders!

  Great experience. good food. value for money. big rooms. clean. comfortable. good staff. with reduced prices - it will attract more customers. was on business trip in February 2021. among covid pandemic, their precautions were upto the mark.

  good and would suggest to just stay as it is and maintain the status quo of the day in future, Only blemish is that the service of housekeeping is to be improved a little bit otherwise everything is good

  Comfortable Stay

  Room was spacious and comfortable. Nice tastefully done interior. Comfortable bed. Clean bathrooms. Restaurant near the lobby was spacious. Staff was helpful. Ample parking was available. Hotel is very close to EON IT Park and World Trade Center.
