  good location

  Well located with open areas inside and outside hotel building, friendly staff, but a bit of detail by room cleaning staff and more eco-friendly approach would is recommended. Recommended for solo female travelers as well.

  Could be 4 stars ****

  Spent two nights in a suite en-route to the Zakouma National Park. The hotel was busy and unfortunately the cleanliness and general servicing of the suite was well below standards in other Radissons we have stayed at. On the plus side, the management and staff were friendly and we were upgraded to an even larger suite on the 6th floor overlooking the river on the last night! Snacks, buffet and a la carte lunch/dinners offered variety and service was good.

  Pleasant stay

  Excellent stay,very friendly staff, prompt room dinning and other room services..Hotel has very good scenic beauty and location in front of the CHAD river. The swimming pool and the sports facility available appears awesome though couldnot enjoy the same due to the lockdown restrictions

  Overpriced 2-star hotel

  Definitely not a 5-star hotel. Service is really cheap and equipment as well: - food is extremely basic and overpriced - equipments (TV, phone) are not or mal-functioning - rooms are dirty, with stained floors and bedsheets - fitness room is super small and quite dangerous (old material). It has been closed without warning for several months now The owners probably tried to leverage Covid crisis to cut down food and personnel costs, while not impacting the prices. Would not recommend

  Great choice for N'Djamena

  Stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel in N'Djamena 5 nights split between excursions to Zakouma National Park and camping in the Ennedi Plateau. The Radisson Blu provided a very comfortable and relaxing stay and a much deserved rest. The hotel is situated overlooking the river and has extensive grounds with a pool and tennis courts. The hotel is walled with rigorous security at the entrance gate. My room was large, with a full ensuite bathroom, and a balcony overlooking pool and river. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel provided free WiFi and a variety of television channels. The reception was very friendly, accomodating and helpful. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous - everything you could want - and very fresh, and the dinner buffet was very good with many choices. I stayed at the Radisson Blu at the end of February and into early March 2020, just as Covid was starting to shut down the world. The hotel was very proactive and immediately set out hand sanitizer and health signage, as well as helping guests with their travel arrangements given the airport was soon to shut down and I was on one of the last flights out of N'Djamena mid-March 2020. I highly recommend staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel in N'Djamena.
