  Forgettable stay

  Excellent food and very good rooms but let down by poor service. On 1st day alloted an extremely noisy room 401, adjacent to lift well. The front desk staff are either inexperienced or indifferent and need to be followed up for every single request. Wanted to contact their GM Mr. Sriram, but front desk not connected to him even after 24 hrs. If you are staying there, don't go with any expectations.

  Very nice hotel. All was working well, Room Service, Booking, check out.... Staff is nice and friendly, especially Krishna and Bijoy :-) There is also a big variety of food available. Live music is from Monday to Saturday in the Aura bar ..... but it stops at 10:00 pm. Therefore it's not very load in the night...sleeping is no problem.

  My daughter's wedding reception was celebrated in this hotel. Beautiful experience, hospitality was outstanding.

  The surrounding was so calm. The lobby is so beautiful and it met my expectation. The service was impeccable and the attention to detail by staff was unmatched. The rooms were excellent and the breakfast spread was decent. Food was excellent and delicious as feedback received from the guests. For this, Kudos goes Shri Sushil & Bipin and his staff. I thank each member of his team for their sincere efforts. Last but not the least, Shri Wiltron deserves special mention for his remarkable support and timely help as and when required. His hospitality was outstanding, Loved staying here as per the feedback received from the guests.

  Wonderful Experience

  Hotel was well maintained. Executive whom i was dealing with was very supportive and was well prepared. Other staffs were supportive too but little attention is required while approaching towards guest for anything. Highly recommended if your looking for short stay.

  Birthday party celebration

  I celebrated my birthday in this hotel. The person whom I contacted(wiltron)catered to all my requests. The hall decoration could have been better, apart from that everything was good.The staffs were very polite and friendly. The food was tasty and all my guests enjoyed. Overall it was good experience.
