  quality is down

  We stayed at Rachawadee hotel many time when we isit khon kaen. We like the room and garden trees around the hotel room, but our last three visits during February and March 2019 were not good as we expected, We did checked in on Sunday 24 March then on next morning walk to the restaurant about 7.30 am no one at restaurant , the stag ran to us and said there was no Guest so we didnt put the breakfast ???? I wonder if I am not guest.. The staff offered us to order food and they will cook for us, to be note that normally this hotel provide breakfast buffet . soon we sit and wait for food, few guests start walk to restaurant and had been told same as us.. Disappoint for our favorite hotel,

  never changes

  we have been staying here for 8 or 9 years ,,some things never change ,we stayedb in january and april this year,,the room cleaning staff are all good friendly and polite ,,the desk staff understand what they want to understand ,,the breakfast menu has never changed ,,i got there and hold my hand above the food dishes and most of the time they are cold ,,once the boy did light them ,but how long would i have to wait for bit all to heat up ,the fried eggs are always cold ,but we asked the boy cooking the eggs for hot ones no problem for three days he done well ,,but when the older lady started to cook the first morning we asked for hot eggs she said no there are eggs there ,so it ended in heated words ,,but we had nearly finished our breakfast and she sent a waiter over with hot eggs ,,but we had already finished so its sad you have to argue for a hot egg ,,we will still be coming back so it does not put us off,,another thing is the lack of no smoking signs around the swimming pool area they should put more up so we dont have to put up with the vile smell and ash around the pool

  One of the worst greeting we got

  We greeted with the staff said that we havent reserved the room. Its theirs mistake. Even not a apology. This room we cant get the keycard to work, even the housemaid. She said that the keycard of the housemaid is working but dont. The staff at the front desk seen not enough attention for our visit. Bad service Hope you improve this situation.

  Good location near KKC airport with resort style

  Good for tourists who plan to stay near the airport with relaxing atmosphere. The room is spacious but the room condition and furnitures are quite old which might make you feel uncomfortable. However, this is reasonable price accommodation with free breakfast. I saw they are improving the landscape and breakfast venue on June 2019. Hopefully, they might be better place for both business and leisure trip. Tip- Do not miss their Italian food at Vacca restaurant in front of the resort.

  Very relaxing

  Visited Khon Kaen to do some work with the university with my husband. Enjoyed our 3 night stay- lovely pool, relaxing garden environment, wonderful moat & fish pond with Koi Carp. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet- noticed the staff service improved significantly when their boss arrived. Obviously, some training needed in food service, but overall, very enjoyable stay. Some renovations going on but doesnt impact significantly- would like to see the results.
