  Great employees

  I booked a room for 1 month but due to some changes, I had to leave after the 1st day. Here is what happened: all respect and appreciative behavior from the employees; Assistant sale manager Ms. Magouri, and Ahmad at the reception. They were so kind to me when choosing a room I like, and when leaving the hotel in spite of my previous contact with the hotel. My room was completely furnished and so nice for that price; but what is marked in my mind is their warm welcome and goodbye to me. Ranks

  Sad state of affairs

  We have been staying with Rabban/ Fraser suites for 2.5 years and it became our home away from home. When the franchise was terminated and it became a local brand we were still committed to the hotel and we wanted to give it a chance Then all the wonderful employees were gradually terminated and the services , cleanliness , staff quality declined as well. And the final stroke they wanted to increase our monthly rent more than 30%. And instead of rewarding their loyal customers they totally disregarded us. We are leaving our apartment in an impeccable state as we treated it as though it was our own! Im saddened by the current state of the hotel! Its the most beautiful building with the highest taste, and most beautiful interior design and the remaining staff are so sweet, but definitely there is lack of management and direction. I do hope it would change back to its prior state, such a waste, such a waste!!!

  Didnt Meet Expectations.

  Its my first visit but its so sad to say its not good at all,first of fall I got call from hotel that my room is ready for checked in . But when I reach hotel I need to wait 15 minutes reception for check in because the room was not ready ,after check in I call to send two bottles of water no one bother to send it .morning again I called housekeeping for water , no one pick up the call.Sad story even in the social restaurant they dont want to listen what guests want to eat , whatever they have they will bring in ur table , not even orange juice available for in breakfast..

  Very comfy and new

  Hotel is very beautiful with specious rooms and wonderful outdoor swimming pool. Thanks to their staff Jamsheed for assisting us during check it and upgrading our room . Overall we had a very lovely experience and staff was great in assisting us. Highly recommended

  False information given

  I emailed reservations 1 week before booking to check what facilities are open currently as I know its covid times. Im told their kids club and game room are open, which made me choose to book with them over other hotel options. But to our surprise, theyre all closed. Only things which are open: gym and pool. Pool is supposed to be heated but you can barely feel it. My poor children were freezing. If I knew about this, I would have chosen a hotel with an indoor pool. Im really disappointed with the misinformation given by Reservations, basically its false advertising. Two stars is for the comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen.
