  Quiet, relaxing, calming countryside manner

  My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by this beautiful countryside getaway. We did have to drive into Milfontes, check-in to the HS Milfontes Beach Hotel and then drive about 15 minutes back out of town to get to Samoqueirinha, which was a little tough after a long day of driving, but not a huge issue. I loved the simplicity of the grounds and being surrounded by fields, hills and horses. The breakfast provided was lovely, and you have the option to participate in horseback rides and do yoga on certain days of the week. I really enjoyed everything about this boutique hotel except for the beds...I am sorry to say that the beds were incredibly rigid and uncomfortable, and I'm not usually one to be that picky about that sort of thing! :-/ Other than that, I loved it here!

  Very enjoyable rural tour...

  Well, it's a farm ,but..... With all the commodities of a common hotel. It is very nice since you have a lot of animals running around. If you like horses, donkeys, cows, pigs... well this is the right place to stay. Very peacefull and quiet since it is hidden in the woods. The staff is super friendly and available. Very near of Vila Nova de Milfontes. The only bad thing is the road to get there. Bring your jeep :) Cheers.

  So so nice:))

  A absolute recommended place to get out of stress and town! Great rooms wonderful beds and breakfast!! So much recommended really!! We returned many times already! And will many more for sure! Th scenery beautiful untouched beaches nearby

  Pleasant stay, great activities

  We had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was exceptionally good on the weekend (when the hotel was full) and quite disappointing on the Monday morning (we were only 2 couple left). The rooms were comfortable and quite. A kettle in the room or in the common place would be a real plus. The people are very kind and the activities are Great. Our kid loved to feed the animals. The whole family had a very pleasant tour on horses. Johana was kind and helpful. The horses were calm and easy to ride. It was a first for our kid and he loved it.

  NOS SALVÓ! 100% RECOMENDABLE!

  El chico de la recepción del hotel HS Milfontes nos encontró una habitación después de que otro hotel nos dejara tirados con la reserva a las 2am. El chico fue atento y dispuesto y la habitación (casa) en la Quinta no podía ser mejor. Muy bonita, limpia y nueva! 100% recomendable!
