  Not worth the room and rate

  we paid for the two queen beds in one room, the room was not clean, toilet are like no well maintained, shower broken, kettle plug also is pulled off from the wall very dangerous, no hot shower as well, and the worse part not enough staff available until we need to push the trolley and our bags ourselves!

  Worst hotel I've stayed in so far.

  If Quinara's tagline states "..Quality Is Our Pleasure" then they should really rethink their slogan - unless they meant their 'quality' solely focuses on how grand the entrance looks from the outside and stops there - then they've got it spot on. Disadvantages: 1) Rooms have cockroaches - my initial room had three upon entering. I had to resort to asking for a refund and sharing a room with colleague (which also had cockroaches). Other colleagues who stayed in different rooms also had them. 2) Toilet filled with cobwebs which went all over my hair. Spiders in toilet. 3) Colleagues' rooms had no towels - when asked, one received a "we do not provide towels" (which is a lie as my room had towels) and another received "we ran out". 4) Our room was not made up the next day - when asked, they said "it should have been". Asked for two bottles of water nonetheless and fresh towels, to which they said they ran out of towels. 5) No apologies for any complaints we had. 6) Free wi-fi unable to connect and only available in lobby with uncomfortable and limited seats. 7) Room is old and musky. Advantages: 1) near to place of business - which personally, I'd much rather forgo than stay in a rubbish hotel like this. 2) big room - personally, would rather choose cleanliness over a small space anytime.

  Local Terengganu Resort

  This is the local Terengganu Resort. This resort still young and need more improvement service to attract more visitor. Many agencies made event there such as Government, school, NGO, wedding event etc. For the event room service and food service are moderate. The resort is located near the airport, beach, Unisza and UMT but need more public transport to go there. There are some other additional facility such as free wifi, café, and hall for event. Their staffs are trained for give the best service to customer.

  Terrible Toilet Hygine

  Being here for business purpose,& found that the toilet bowl is very dirty,like never clean up for ages...management should be more aware bout this,after all,so many complaints have been raised by other customers...

  Disappointing

  Room: 204 Check in 04 August 2017 Check out 11 Aug 2017Check In: Couldn't find my booking made via Traveloka. But they made things easy for us by acknowledging proof from Traveloka. Thank you Room: Okay BUT dirty toilet bowl, mini fridge is SMELLY, and managed to get it changed. Housekeeping: They did not make up the room. They only cleaned the rubbish bin in the room. TV: They claimed to have premium channels, but they only have 3 free channels available. Amenities: Mug is dirty!!! Old stain is clearly visible! My first and last here. I wish I could change hotel and get all the payments refunded.
