  Cleanliness needs work

  Our room had not been cleaned toothpaste down the wall in shower, socks in dryer, coffee stains on table, sticky stuff on tv cabinet used coffee pods left in holder and dusty all I could tell is that it had fresh towels and bedding also there was no hand wash. Went and complained about the state of the room the reception staff were very apologetic and upgraded us but upgrade still had not been cleaned properly our room had a king bed but there was no topper so soften the two single beds being joined together and the pillows were very lumpy. Could not fault the reception staff they were absolutely fantastic.

  Central location

  Excellent accommodation in a central spot. Easy parking. Not far to trams. Walking distance of the CBD, theatres, art gallery. Would definitely recommend this venue. Will stay again. Thanks for the comfortable, clean,o ne bedroom apartment.

  Nice and clean.staff are nice and very helpful. Soon as we arrived in the room the clean smell just hit you.very relaxing. Nice beding.good coffee in the room. Lovely stay night.wish we could have stayed 2 nights.

  Beautiful spacious and clean appartments!

  Thank you for a great stay. lovely spacious rooms with all facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is incredible and so easy to walk into the city and enjoy the surrounding river and gardens. Would definite stay here again and recommend to all our friends and family.

  Amazing accomodation in perfect location

  We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as it was central to both events we were attending. It was in a better location than we expected. We were easily able to access our events as well as a short stroll to Southbank where there is bustling cafes and restaurants. It was also great being so close to Flinders Street station, Bourke Street mall, the botanical gardens (and Sidney Myer Music Bowl) as well as the Aquarium. This hotel gives you everything Melbourne has to offer right at your fingertips. The accomodation was clean, spacious and the staff were helpful and friendly. The facilities in the room were all we needed with 3 adults and a 3 month old baby. It was handy to have a bath with baby as well as a second bathroom. The apartment would be great for both a family or two couples. I would highly recommend this accomodation.
