  Needs some love

  Noisy position on the golf course with grounds people starting at 630am, 7 days a week. Property is getting tired & needs some revamping/love. Cleaners are not doing a great or consistent job. Staff are lovely & helpful. Family friendly for longer stays

  Was not clean

  Cleaning ness is the main drawbacks. There was insects and spider web. Cloth dryer had stain inside. Balcony was not clean to seat and having tea or coffee. Carpet also had stain whos was sticking on feet

  stay at the Quest

  overall it was a lovely stay, bed great, one of the best sleeps i have had in a hotel. only thing was the used tissue in the bathroom and i thought that the toilet had been used before i checked in. Other than that a great room.

  Nice apartment next to golf course

  An unusual hotel that is a series of villas rather than usual hotel rooms. This is nice as the rooms are big and spacious and have cooking facilities if required. The hotel is quiet and right next to the Sanctuary Lakes golf course which makes it ideal for those wishing for a quick golf getaway. Would recommend if visiting friends and family in the Point Cook area.

  Unclean and rude receptionists.

  This stay was a getaway gift for my 50th birthday. From the moment I arrived I had issues, receptionist not being very helpful with my hearing disability, spoke louder at first then went on to speak in her normal tone and spoke too fast for me to hear clearly what she was saying, it was obvious I was struggling but she didnt care. She was rude, I called to tell her my apartment was grimy, she made me feel like I was stupid when she asked me to show her where it was dirty, as if she couldnt see it for herself, any mother knows when something is unclean, she came with an irritated inconvenienced manner and didnt listen to my explanation but pushed in her explanation of the rooms grubbiness. I was given another room which was much better but by the time shed left with her huffy attitude Id just wanted to leave. She ruined my birthday happy vibe Any mother can tell you that that apartment was definitely unclean. I have pictures and videos to prove it. Being a Covid quarantine venue as well it should have been spotlessly clean between guests at the high touch points! (light switches, door handle surrounds, stairway handrail etc) The other receptionist didnt believe in smiles either and if it wasnt for the fact that my family had already paid for the stay I would have left for another hotel straight away. Thanks for ruining my birthday me time getaway, the only one Ive had in over 2 years. I will never return here joe will I recommend this place to anyone else. The cleaning lady was nice, Technicians wonderful.
