  Lovely

  Here for work so not sure price but it was lovely and clean, bed was comfy, even had a washing machine and dryer, and really nice decor in room. Our room overlooked a park but a big tree blocked the view of sky tower but Im sure further along the view would be fab . It was really nice and central

  Brilliant accommodation, staff and location!

  My family stayed in the two bedroom apartment for three nights. We were very satisfied with the accommodation as the location was perfect for walking into the city, viaduct, Wynyard Quarter and a supermarket on your doorstep was such a bonus! Our room had a great view overlooking Victoria Park and the Sky Tower. The staff were lovely, receptionist very informative of the area and always smiling, cleaning staff were also helpful, holding doors open for us and daily cleaning of our rooms. Thank you we will definitely return!

  Stayed here 7th of February and again on the 16th

  My partner and I stayed here on 2 occasions, once for the Queen and Adam Lambert concert and again on the 16th for the Elton John concert. 7th of February We arrived early and dropped off our bags while we went out and about as it was busy we couldn't get an early check in. Having stayed here before, we were happy with the room itself etc however ONE issue we had was Friday night after the concert we arrived back at the hotel to find our card keys did not work. We called somebody on the intercom to be told that they would open the door for us to let us in, no problem for us, 5 minutes later we still hadn't been let in. We called back twice on the intercom only to be hung up on both times. We then called back from a cellphone to be told that somebody would come down and let us in shortly. About ten minutes later somebody finally came down and let us in. They then followed us upstairs incase our card keys didn't work, surprise surprise, they didn't work and we had to be swiped into our own room. Not a good feeling being stuck outside your hotel room at 11:30 on a friday night. Other than that one incident, we were happy with the service at Quest on Beaumont. 16th of February Stayed here for the Elton John concert, everything including the parking had been pre-paid the week before we had stayed, once again happy with the service at Quest on Beaumont

  Excellent accommodation,location and fabulous staff

  Did a lot of research for our 5 night stay in Auckland. We picked a gem in staying at this apartment hotel. Staff were excellent both front of house and cleaning. Room was super clean, beds and shower all excellent. Very roomy 1 bedroom room with everything you need for a short term stay including washing machine and separate dryer. Location wise it was an easy walk to the waterfront as well as to CBD area. Plenty of choices close by to have dinner or a cuppa. There is also a small cafe next to Quest where you can enjoy breakfast etc. It was also excellent. Easy access from the Airport, disabled access excellent as area was flat etc. Could not fault our choice...when returning back to Auckland, I dont need to do any research as I have found my perfect place.

  A real home from home

  We had planned a two-day stay but coronavirus lockdown meant we stayed in this wonderful hotel for about a month. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful during this difficult time, especially Kylie, Salome and Kyle on reception, who were always ready with a smile and helpful advice. Our initial stay was in a studio room, which had a two-ring hob and microwave, as well as a washing machine and dryer, but we moved to a one-bedroom apartment for most of our stay. We were shown several different layouts of the one-bedroom apartments. We had a hob and full oven, as well as a fridge-freezer. The one we chose had a small desk in an alcove at the side of the main sitting area. The bedroom was separated from the main room by a sliding door, and both rooms had their own TV. There were no opening windows, but the air con was effective and very quiet. Our room looked out over Victoria Park and the Sky Tower. There is a New World supermarket about 5 mins' walk away, and it was an easy stroll to the Wynyard Quarter and marina, with lovely walks along the sea front. The centre of Auckland was about 15 mins walk away. We were able to return our hire car to the town office before walking back to the hotel. We loved this place and were made to feel so welcome; we will definitely return.
