  GREAT STAY!!! OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!

  Ross and the team at Quest New Plymouth went over and above all my expectations. The clean apartment was immaculate, the friendly staff remembered who I was and ensured our comfort during always checking if we needed anything and were happy to chat and give advice on local activities. They also found my daughter's lost book which we had searched high and low for and had it waiting for us when we returned to pick it up. Every interaction I had with Ross and his staff left me feeling appreciated. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. Outstanding hosts, we'll be staying with Quest next time we're in New Plymouth

  Great rooms

  Our rooms were very spacious with full (small) kitchen and laundry facilities. Plenty of space, separate bedrooms. Great location right in the middle of everything. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay again, for sure.,

  Good place to stay

  We had three nights here recently, and found it centrally located, great to have car parking on site. The room were spacious, we had a one bedroom apartment with kitchen and laundry facilities. Place was very clean. The only thing I found slightly strange was the fact that the windows are quite high, but I guess it is a repurposed building, probably an office block before!

  A great central hotel

  We hadn't booked in advance and the staff were very helpful in finding us a room for 3 nights. All the staff were very friendly. Parking on rooftop, our room was a studio but nice and spacious, a shared washing machine on another level and guest entry to City Fitness gym nearby.

  Hosting of Auckland visitors

  Recently the rugby club I am involved in relocated a new player from Auckland and we had Quest Hotel New Plymouth host his family while they assisted their son to settle in his new town. From start to finish we had excellent service from the Quest hotel management which made sorting arrangements for this family a breeze. The family themselves commented on the great service they received during their stay. Thanks a heap Quest Hotel New Plymouth.
