  Good location but us but thats about it

  Great location for where we had to go but thats about it. Unfriendly staff who cant even greet u with a smile. Old mouldy cornchips under cushions & lounge which hadnt been cleaned or vaccumed in years.. Barking dog from residential houses at the back of hotel is abit hard when putting kids to bed... I'll rethink my next stay when out this area again..

  Amazing

  Amazing it was so enjoyable and relaxing thanks to the lovely and friendly stuff that work here. The staff always makes sure that you are looked after and they are always happy to help you out when you need some assistance.

  Excellent stay for business

  It's nice to stay in clean and comfortable facilities when you travel for work. Convenient location for us. The receptionist was extremely pleasant upon check in. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment and cooked our own breakfast this time.

  Awesome motel loved the fact it was in a nice and quiet area & across the road from Norwest Private hospital .

  Awesome motel loved the fact it was in a nice quiet area & across the road from Norwest Private hospital . Will definitely recommend to family and friends . If you have an upcoming appointment or surgery at Norwest Private Hospital - look no further . We even borrowed a wheel chair from hospital to go back to motel room after surgery.

  Not completely satisfied

  Overall my stay wasnt terrible. But allowing guests to party in rooms I think is inconsiderate. Another lady had to be moved due to people vomiting over the balcony above her. I was told the next day after I complained about being kept up till 5:30 in the morning that there was a few groups partying. This hotel is across from a private hospital which gets used for people who have had surgery or receiving treatment etc. My 3 yr old had just had her tonsils and adnoids out and as we are regional we had to stay for a week. This party was the day after the surgery. They were in and out of rooms all morning with doors banging etc. which kept waking my daughter. She needed ice block and ice creams for her throat but the ice creams I brought for her thawed out as did other foods in there. Which was quite frustrating. The air conditioner kept stopping all the time which meant I would have to open the door fix the sensor and turn back on. This became quite frustrating. When I first arrived I had told them twice I was having problems with it, and it was quite a warm day. They were going to come have a look. It was only after about 40mins when my friend arrived and became quite abrupt that someone came and had a look. Which it still didnt work. So for I week I had to keep readjusting the sensor all the time. Then the mix up with the checkout was quite annoying as it had already been along week and I was upset as I wasnt sure where we would go and I was not paying another cent.
