  Heart of the city accommodation

  Very well appointed accommodation. Rooms are very clean and the beds comfortable. Staff are very friendly yet always professional. Location is excellent, close to shops,restaurants, and short walks along the river.

  We stayed in the 1 bedroom exec .it was clean and quiet with kitchen amenities. Location is excellent with walking distance to shopping centre, botanical gardens, Main Street and cafes.There is ample car parking . Staff are friendly and very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay

  Clean, comfortable and centrally located

  Our family of 4 stayed at the Quest on Townsend with another family of 4. We booked adjoining rooms 130A & B which consisted of a 2 bedroom apartment and a studio apartment, connected by a door between. The rooms were clean, well maintained and well appointed with plenty of space for all of us. Both apartments had kitchen facilities, the cooling/heating was easy to use and the windows opened. At night, there was no disturbance from traffic or clubs/cafes due to the location just off the main street. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made for a pleasant stay. Best of all however, were the beds which all had microcloud comfort mattress toppers. They were incredibly comfortable, and as soon as I got home, I ordered one online. If you are looking for a comfortable and inviting space to stay, I highly recommend this hotel.

  Excellent location with great facilities

  Stayed in a two bedroom apartment for one night. The apartment is spacious and well equipped for a family of four, with fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer - which is great when you are travelling with kids. The decor is modern, with comfortable bed and linen. Location wise, it is within walking distance to Coles, botanical garden, walking track / running path along the Murray River. Lots of good restaurants nearby. There is covered parking next to it (but I can imagine that can be quite full if the place is fully occupied). Check-in and check-out was super quick. Certainly would consider coming back to this place. Minor downside being there is not much of a view for some of the rooms.

  Dont drive through when you can stop & experience this

  So excited that we stayed here on the way to Melbourne. Its such a beautiful historic building with incredible original art (for sale) and the rooms are enormous & immaculate. Would highly recommend for business travel as well
