  Overnight Business Stay

  Stayed overnight in Albany for business after flying in from Melbourne. We arrived late, after the reception had closed and had no issues with check-in. The process was seamless and efficient. The apartment was spotless and the cleanest I have ever stayed in. It had all the amenities needed, even if I were to stay longer. Car Park access was easy to use. Check out was simple and staff were friendly. Went to the local bakery for breakfast, few minutes walk. Food was delicious. Would stay here again next time in Albany.

  A Night at the Quest

  One night stay with daughter and we found the accomodation after the reception was closed but having booked online we got our room keys in the lock box which was fine but one thing we found difficult was that when I booked online it said there was parking but we found we hadnt paid for this when booking so we had to sort this out and pay the next day but it was ok. Just a wee bit annoying that we had this hassle and wouldve sorted it at the time if we were able to. The facilities were clean tidy and the water pressure in the shower was great and the room was also warm. The view from the window was not amazing - undeveloped section next door but hey Im not complaining just stating a fact. It was a great comfortable place to stay and will most likely return if I am in the area again

  Best Quest so far

  I'm a fan of Quest accommodation and I think this is the best I've had so far. Tucked away in a very quiet spot, I found the rooms a nice size, spotless and very well equipped. After hours access was easy and so was booking and accessing the carpark. Happy to stay again

  Convenient place to stay in Albany

  The hotel is hard to find if using GPS so trust your instincts and look behind the Albany Village. The hotel has arranged charge-back facilities with a good number of the local restaurants so the restaurant charges appear on the hotel room account. Reception staff were very helpful. Good protected secure parking for cars behind the hotel. Would stay again if travelling on business ie. using the hotel as a sleepover and not as a holiday venue.

  Our lockdown stay at Quest Albany for two weeks

  With the need for accommodation on the day before New Zealand lockdown 25/3 we did a quick search & contacted Quest Albany & so pleased we landed there! Our modern apartment was a good size for two of us, very clean, tv lounge & bedroom, kitchen area, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, separate dryer etc, etc. Reception open during the day & Dee (reception), Jim & Jun all very friendly and helpful in all aspects including offering a 2nd week (to 9/4) discount to help with our lockdown situation! Albany such a good area with local beaches 6-8km & local supermarkets, shops, at Albany commercial centre just 3-4 minutes drive (we walked as could not hire car in lockdown!) Cafe, restaurants on the door step, but all closed of course! Quest Albany also located very near to park/wild life reserves, so really good open spaces and bush walks. Not particularly a tourist area, but for business, or base for visiting family or friends we could not have done better.
