  Un cuatro estrellas justito !!

  El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación,igual no es lo q esperaba . al principio nos dieron una habitación bastante fea porque el hotel estaba lleno pero con la buena voluntad de Elise q nos atendió maravillosamente logramos pasarnos a otra . El desayuno es correcto !! No creo volver

  Perfect Christmas Treat

  Smooth check in, helpful staff and everything in the room as expected. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and really added an extra-special layer of enjoyment to our stay. We hope to come back again in 2021 to enjoy it all over again!

  Excellent Christmas

  I just wanted to take a minute to say a very big thank you to your whole team at Queens Hotel who made this yet another lovely and memorable Christmas for us, our 11th. We were fortunate that we were still able to come, albeit for a shorter time, but I'm sorry that it was so quiet for you, that so many guests had to cancel. In spite of all the restrictions and the cancellations you still made it a very special occasion. The Christmas decorations are just spectacular and the re-decoration in Victoria's beautiful. The meals we had - the duck on Christmas Eve and the Christmas lunch, breakfasts, afternoon tea - all absolutely delicious, hot, tasty, beautifully presented and delightfully served with a smile. As always though the very best part are your wonderful staff, everyone is so friendly, so helpful and so kind. To Erol and Barbara who set an amazing example being visible and involved, to Catherine who was patient and efficient with our booking, to Lana and all the so lovely front desk team, Marco & Ishmael with their restaurant team and everyone else with whom we spoke and those we didn't get to meet - a very big thank you for making this Christmas a very happy occasion yet again. We really appreciate you giving up your time at Christmas to help us make our memories, especially in such difficult times this year. Of course we look forward to seeing you again next Christmas but we also plan to see you again before then. Please keep well until then.

  Christmas Break

  We had a lovely time, in difficult times. The staff were out off this world, made our stay even better. Christmas dinner was one off the best we have ever had. Lovely hotel and excellent staff. Thank you everyone

  My Perfect Wedding at the Queens Hotel

  Rating 5 out of 5 Reviewer - Hannah Mason Date of wedding - 7th June 2019 I knew from the moment I stepped inside it was where I wanted my reception, modern with a nod to the traditional decor was just what I wanted and the Orangery was the perfect fit for our small event. The service from the wedding team was superb, answering all our queries and even handled a transition of lead team member well. The food was outstanding with everyone commenting about both taste and style, I loved the chocolate dessert and my husband loved the blueberry cheesecake. Unfortunately, it rained on our day so we were unable to use the garden but the lantern ceiling allowed us to enjoy the storm perfectly. We were allowed to decorate the room/tables how we wanted and were made easy by their team doing this for us. Photographs were undertaken by Duncan Mason Photography and included the magnificent stairwell which allows for a quite unique photograph. The hotel room was amazing and the bed was really comfortable and included complimentary prosecco. I cannot praise my wedding by the Queens Hotel enough, they gave me the perfect day I wanted and I cannot ask for more than that.
