  Unfriendly staff, wouldn't recommend!!

  We stayed here for only one night and we couldn't wait to leave in the morning. Compared to other hotels we've stayed in, i thought this was pretty expensive for what was included. From the outside, the hotel looks extremely dirty and like it's about to fall down, nothing like the pictures on the internet. The only part that looked okay was the lobby/reception area. The room was very basic and not amazingly clean although quite a decent size. The wifi didn't work at all which was very disappointing and none of the staff could speak English so instead we had to ask for advice in the hotel across the road. Wouldn't recommend this hotel, really unhelpful staff that were too busy applying their make up to be bothered with us. We moved hotels the next morning and found somewhere a lot cheaper and a million times better than this!

  Reasonable Price

  The hotel is located in the heart of the province. Look a little old from the outside of hotel but the rooms are very clean and spacious. Interior is very simple with basic needs. Trang is famous for its clear water beaches. This hotel is far from the beach but it is a good location if you would like to have a taste of local culture and a peep into the local lives.

  big room

  stopped here 2 nights my room was huge large double bed sofa and work desk for computer .I found the staff to be very friendly and the even provided undercover parking for my motorcycle . there's free tea and coffee and 2 minute noodles for breakfast very basic ,but plenty of restaurants nearby and short walking distance to a small night market and the clock tower . rooms are basic but clean and great for the price

  Clean, friendly, superb location.

  This is a big, old hotel located beside one of the main intersections in one of Thailand's most charming and fascinating towns. The rooms are large, the entire hotel is spotless, the management is serious and professional in every way, and the staff are friendly. From the hotel one can walk to nearly every sight of interest in Trang, sample the food that makes the town so famous, and also just stroll around and get a sense of what is a truly special place. Hard to imagine why one would stay elsewhere in Trang Town.

  Go away!

  A bad quality hotel, dated and dirty. The location is terrible and not close to anything. With this price, you can find better place. This place should not be yoir option even consider the peak seasons of having no other choice.
