  Very nice hotel

  Modern, nice, clean shc, calm, smile persomel, good breakfast .. Maybe far from busines center and the heart of city, but really nice place for rest at the and of hard day. I recomend all rooms, My coments only this. Please do not waant more coments every time..

  A very good place to stay in damascus

  Friendly staff , good location in the city , good level of hygiene , recommended too for lonf stays as they make good offers and reduce prices , i personally stayed there for 50 nights and i was very satisfied with the hotel on every level ......

  Great Hotel

  I visited this hotel in 2010 right before the war began. I loved how clean, modern, friendly and accessible it was. I still remember the breakfast buffet and my very first experience of "Oum Ali" and the moment I fell in love with it. Not far from town, and there is a mall nearby.

  OK all considered

  Well it isn't exactly a 5 stars hotel as it says but I have to say that considering the actual situation in Damascus the service is ok. I had room clean and tidy, a small kitchen and a sitting room. Wi-Fi and electricity were disconnecting sometimes and the water of the shower was just warm enough. Breakfast not excellent but the hospitality of the staff made the difference

  Rooms on Top Floor gives a pretty view of the city

  Hotel Queen Centre is located at the heart of the city with a nice ambience and a small commercial complex on two floors below the hotel. However it lacks numerous things which includes the most important part that is customer service. I stayed at this place for a week during my visit to Damascus International Fair 2017. Though the ambience is quiet cool, staff here are not friendly. Rooms are quiet spacious and my room had a very nice view of the city. I was on the 7th floor of the Hotel and view was very pretty. They provide you with the kitchen inside the room but the basic thing which we need is absent. I was expecting a kettle and a coffee preparation kit which was absent. I requested numerous times for the same but every time I just received a promise to arrange for one. Finally I got one kettle from them during my last night of check-out however the kettle was not working. When informed, they stated they are arranging another one but to no end. If I ignore this part, my stay at this hotel in Damascus was at average. It can be much much better if they increase customer service from their side.
