  Reasonable, quite Hotel

  Stay here coming and going from Airport, Reasonable, clean and pleasant staff. Easy access to airport, 15 minutes away. Close to restaurants, one exit either way. Would differently stay here again.Big spacious rooms.

  Decent stay but definitely uneasy

  My boyfriend and I stayed here for 1 night this weekend and had a a few things. 1. We found the hotel to be very clean and staff was friendly.. but here is where I was a bit upset. The room that we were given definitely had a smoke smell to it when u walked in. And looking further the housekeeping left a bottle of smoke eliminator spray and a air filter I assume plugged into the wall in the room which confirmed that the last person in there smoked... what bothered me most of all was that we checked in and left for like an hr and while we were gone, some one was in our room and took the spray and walk plug in. I get it that u need it back but it was very unsettling knowing that there was someone in our room after about an hr of being checked in with all of our stuff in the room. Made me very uncomfortable...

  Best hotel in Grand Rapids

  This hotel was great because it was a great price and the location was nice too. Check-in was fast and the gentleman at the front desk was friendly, the rooms were actually really nice and I loved how comfortable the pillows were. The breakfast was delicious and check out was fast.

  Mixed bag!

  We rented 2 rooms for youth convention. One room was ok, the other room was terrible. See the pictures below. 2 of the pictures are of hair on the pillows. Kinda hard to see. We checked in Friday afternoon and dropped off our stuff then went to youth convention. Youth convention ended at almost midnight. When we got back to the hotel and started getting ready for bed that is when we discovered the issues. I went to the front desk and the manager told me the hotel was sold out. He did manage to find us some clean sheets. We had to change them ourselves. Nothing else was cleaned unless we cleaned it. He offered me a $10 discount that night. The next morning the day shift manager gave us half off of the one room. If you stay here please check for cleanliness upon arrival. 7625 Caterpillar Ct SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49548

  Comfortable and clean

  Comfortable, clean and friendly service anytime I have stayed here. Staff is great and always go above and beyond for all of their guests. I have stayed here many times and will continue to stay because so many places have forgotten how to treat customers. Compared to other hotels in the area the price isnt bad either.
