Nice sized rooms with a nice garden area off balconyOne of the better rooms, some kings have a fireplace. Beds so so. Bathrooms very nice. Enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the squirrels playing. Convenient to most stores and restaurants. Will return

Refuse to Wear Masks and are Cocky about it!I am shocked by how I was treated at the Quality Inn. The front desk person, Michelle, was extremely rude. Before I checked in, I was told when I called Choice that my reservation was paid for & couldn't cancel it at that point. Michelle said it wasnt in the system and then insisted on a higher price than what the Choice person gave me. Michelle then said she couldnt do much because it was done by a third party. I told her I made it through Choice & that Choice is not a third party. Through this back and forth, she was getting upset, and I asked her why she was getting impatient. She said she was definitely impatient and testy. I couldnt believe she would behave this way with a customer. I then told her I would just call Choice, which I did, and they called the hotel & resolved it right away, which Michelle could have done herself but refused to because she was "testy." Before the phone call, I asked her why she wasnt wearing a mask. She quickly replied in a cocky way that she didnt have to and that it wasnt mandated. Well, that was a lie. On the speaker phone with Choice & in front of Michelle, I asked the rep. if the Quality Inn was supposed to wear masks. He said yes and that also all customers were required to. I found it very hypocritical that Miss Attitude refused and was cocky about it. I filed a complaint with Choice later that night and the rep. with customer relations said he would call the Quality Inn and tell them they needed to wear masks. The next morning I purposely checked out at the front desk to see if they were wearing masks. They werent! In fact, this other front desk person was making a mockery of it. When I came in with my mask on, she shouted to the other maskless coworker and said youre supposed to be wearing a mask when youre out there in the lobby and then started laughing and said I dont care if you do or dont. That other employee was putting the breakfast food out and touching the plastic utensils with her bare hands. Im disgusted with this hotel that has complete disregard of their customers' safety during a raging pandemic. I noticed another review in September said that they were also not wearing masks then, so this apparently has been going on for a while. It is clear that the management and owner dont care and probably are stupid enough to believe that the virus is a hoax therefore allowing their employees to carry on like this. I have stayed at several hotels in the past few months and I have never seen anything like this! All their employees wore masks and most of them stopped serving breakfast for the safety of their customers. After I completed their survey, I just got a useless stock email reply saying, "We're sorry we disappointed you." No you're not Quality Inn!

Photos are deceiving, steer clear.Old and stained carpet, bathroom tile in need of new grout, undefined smell and yellow (water?) stained lampshade. Filthy AC/heater unit. Cramped space. Decidedly not as presented on the website, and changing rooms didnt improve our situation. Be prepared to swing by the grocery store or Walmart to grab some disinfecting wipes and an air freshener to make your stay bearable. If COVID mitigation is important to you, know that the staff encountered was maskless. If it wasnt just an overnight, we would have looked elsewhere, even after a long day in the car...

Thin wallsIt was hard to get a good night's sleep here, as the walls are extremely thin and I could hear the full conversation of the people staying next to me. The outside noise is frequent as well. The rooms are overpriced for the quality. Dim lighting. Worn exterior.
