  Good stay

  We stayed in this hotel for one night. The room was fairly large and clean. It was newly renovated, I think, or fairly new. The front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was included and it was good. They had eggs, hash browns, sausages and french toast from hot food, and the usual cereal, cookies, muffins, yogurt and fruit from cold foods. They have 24-hour coffee and tea station by the Reception where you can go and have coffee anytime. Hotel also has $2 laundry facility on site if you need to wash your clothes. The hotel sells West Edmonton water park tickets for $35.

  Great Edmonton Area hotel

  I booked this hotel for a business event in Edmonton on May 25. Check in was quick friendly and professional. The room was well appointed with a desk, a nicely sized bed & bathroom. It was a nice hotel with close proximity to the West Edmonton Mall as we went to the mall on Friday. Would definitely stay here again when visiting this side of town. It was a little out of the way for our event but it was worth the price for the quality of the stay

  Very good

  Staff were friendly. During booking we phoned the hotel with any questions we had and front desk was helpful and friendly. Check in was quick. We stayed in the queen bed suite and were very happy with the spacious room so was our baby who had plenty of room to crawl around and play. The tub was great! Very nice and big jetted tub. Room was clean and housekeeping service was very good. The breakfast had a nice amount of selection for everyone and was very good we liked the hashbrowns in particular. Not really important but there were no sandwiches as advertised on their website but they did have good water in the lobby. We liked the decor of the hallways. Overall clean, good service, good location and good value. Only complaint would be that the bed was noisy and the day we checked in it was packed with people and children making noise in the hallways and our baby had a difficult time trying to get a nap after travelling all day. We wish there was a pool but that's okay. We were happy to stay at this location and plan to make it our go to hotel when we visit Edmonton from now on.

  It's ok-decent location

  The room was fine, a basic hotel. The parking lot is large. The breakfast was ok with a decent selection of warm and cold food-some places you're lucky to get a stale muffin. Location is handy on the West end and if you get a decent rate it's ok. I've found better rates with other hotels.

  Nice hotel in NW Edmonton

  Great 4 night stay! Spacious room (executive suite) and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was OK, there seemed to be a variety of food available. I couldn't eat it because of onions and peppers in the main course (eggs and meat). Internet was very reliable. The staff is great! There are several restaurant options close by. At the moment, there is some street construction that makes getting to the parking lot minimally challenging. There was no noticeable noise impact from this work though.
