  COMODIDAD Y TRANQUILIDAD

  Habitación amplia con todos los servicios, pero curiosamente la cama nos pareció pequeña a diferencia de los hoteles visitados en Usa. El desayuno no tiene mucha variedad pero disponen de lo básico para empezar el dia. El edifico es grande e imponente y esta decorado de forma rústica. Personal amable.

  A/C did not cool room at night

  Booked two nights, stayed only one in July of 2020 due to not sleeping because the A/C did not work properly. It ran for only two minutes of every 15 minutes, and I was uncomfortably warm the night I stayed. The A/C unit looked to be about 30 years old and was beat up; what a joke. Furthermore, upon check in, desk clerk gave me one room, then told me, no, take this room instead. Then, the TV wouldn't work, clerk had to come to my room with me to get it working. I had stayed the previous week for two nights at the Beaver, UT Quality Inn, and had a great room and a great stay. Very, very disappointed in this Quality Inn in Vernal. For sure, won't stay again!

  Booked most expensive suite for my husband, myself & seven month old daughter. When we arrived, masks were not being worn by anyone in the hotel. Even though its advertised that theyre taking precautions. Was told after I checked in, that kids werent allowed in the room I booked. (I informed them that wed be traveling with her when I booked, and also had a conversation with the lady at the desk about my baby being with us) We were allowed to keep the room if we agreed not to put her in the hot tub... The room was clean but there was a dirty plastic cup missed behind the door. The bed pillows are as small as throw pillows & there is no door on the toilet area, as its some open-concept design. In the bathroom. Im a tad disappointed for the cost, not to mention I was surprising my hubs with a nice room, for our first family vacay. Not what Im accustomed to when I stay at choice hotels.

  Deer Hunting

  I booked here as it was a last minute get away and they had rooms. The out side needs some cleaning up, Front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming, We stayed in room 332 King room, it has been updated and was like most quality inn rooms, it had cough, fridge and microwave. The hotel was full of families coming in for sports tournament, it was a little noisy at times They dont do room service unless you fill out a paper telling them what you need, I didnt realize this until we returned to room and they quickly took care of our needs

  Clean rooms & staff is so knowledgeable

  We are staying here in Vernal till Friday. We were going to stay with family, but found the prices and accommodations irresistible. Theres an indoor pool. (Right now they are not serving breakfast because of Covid). Instead of staying just one night, we are staying 6 nights. This inn is centrally located. This town is spread out. The population is only 10,400. I think with the people coming in to work the population swells and makes this towns appearance to be very busy. A very slow-paced little town. Relax and enjoy it. Lots of places closed on Sundays, but we took some local road trips. You can be as busy as youll like or kick back and relax.
